You're seriously mistaken. Armstrong made a point of never letting that happen until halfway through his last tour, and even then they only won 2 stages in the last week of that Tour.
Heras has also never won a Tour stage, or even come close. While Hincapie won one by sitting on everyone's wheel in the break, doing no work at all, the sprinting for the stage win, and Savoldelli won another breakaway stage.

This is result of Ligget brainwash..he just keep repeating how great team mate Lance is. Lance is tired and cant follow (btw. comment then ..he is ok.almost smiling)..great team mate. Atacking..great team mate.

You can only laugh at Contador's attack. It made no sense at all. He had already won the Tour at that point, and at the pace they were riding at that time, Klöden could follow, meaning he'd be 2nd - but Contador totally screwed him up.
Anyway, exciting stage. I was kinda desperate. I had to leave when they reached Col de Romme, but luckily, I have tv on my mobile phone ... it just feels weird screaming at a small mobile screen.

I think he is a terrible team mate, I think he uses his team better than any one else....uses being the key term, they are there for his bidding(dictator not team mate). As far as the Ligget Lance love, he is over the top....he could go when Schleck went, plain and simple, he rode with Wiggins as a second option.
I cited Heras as a lieutenant, that I'm sure if had the chance would have been allowed to take a stage, if it did not do any harm to the overall picture...not that he had let him win.
