The second part of round 1 will be done via pm. For riders whose at least top two biders were only seperated by a maximum of 20% of the maximum bid you will have to make a second bid. The highest bider here will get the riders. In the event of a tie a random generator will decide who gets the rider.
The new bid has to be at least 90% of your old bid.
I'll pm you a list of riders you have to make a second bid on and you send me the list back. This is an example of how the list will look like:
34
443
Tom Boonen
600
540
34 would be the team ID, 443 the rider ID, it's obvious what "Boonen" and "Tom" are, 600 would be the wage you offered in round 1 and 540 is the lowest amount you can bid now.
To make the new bid copy everything put it in a table formate and send it back to me.
So this is how your answer could look like:
34
443
Tom Boonen
600
700
I took Boonen as an example because no team bid for him, what's wrong with you Belgian teams? :)
Also in the PM will be what's left of your budget after deducting the wage of the riders you secured already. You have to deduct what you want to have left for scouting and research yourself.
Just past the table I send you into the red box. Also put your budget left into the cell it belongs into. Also readd your talent focus and research!

Now I understand why some people call TMM a dick
Spoiler
Of course I'm not saying this because I want people hating somebody else instead of me..
I have a question though. As you said, we can also bid on riders we didn't on in round 1, don't we? But how do I know that nobody bid on some rider when all the riders not asigned to a team could also be just auctioned between some others that bid on them?

Round 1 hasn't finished yet. All the riders will be auctioned and dealt with and we make the new bids for unassigend riders in Round 2. (I guess we get a new DB then)
It'd be good to know though which riders will be available in Round 2 already.
