Another question, we can dismiss some riders that we doesn't want in our team? maybe they can be "free agents"

Me too...
Anyway, the mentioned riders easily can do 2 GTs=42 race days + one 7 days short tour, so 50 race days its a very good maximum, becaus this way the rest of the people have chances to obtain points  |
