Manager -> balance I think.
Sorry. But it's easy to see at the finances section, I just don't know the exact name.
It's the first 'tab' at the career screen, and then the 3rd choice. You can also switch to the 'balance tab' within the finances tab, there it's even more clear.

I wanted to start a new 'project'. I made an Asian team. It's Petronas - Qatar Airways(Thanks to Jezemekoule for the great pack)
It's basically a team that wants to promote Cycling in Asia. It can't be 100% Asian, especially not in the future, but it's Asian based, and will feature at least ,say, 75% asians.
I will try to develop new Asians as much as possible too. I experienced that in every game, there's always 1/2 pretty good talents per year from an Asian country, so I hope I'll get an Asian Sagan next season

As you can see, I've got 2 non-Asians. Those are Henderson and Karpets, both experienced guys who are able to lead the team.
(Ignatenko is from Siberia, so Asia)
Of course, I can't keep it fully balanced nationality-wise, the game got a limited amount of Asians, but I'll try to let everyone I sign fit in the team.
Henderson is the only guy who doesn't fit completely, but it's normal that a leader has an other nationality than the rest of the riders sometimes(f.e. Sagan)
So please tell me, what do you think of this team/project?
Btw, atm I'm stuggling to win the New Zealandish NC. It only has 25 riders, but the gameplay is so weird, that it's impossible to win
If Henderson is in the pack, the pace drops after a while and the break gets away.
If I send Henderson in the break, they don't want to ride for him and Henderson has to do it alone.
If I pace Henderson away on the dot, when the pace dropped in the peloton, the peloton starts to chase hard, and reel him in after a while, leaving Greg completely empty.
I really want to win that NC, because Henderson is the absolute favourite and in a good form, so it would be realistic if he wins it.
I guess I'll simulate it
Also, the game decided to assign some strange potentials.
(Random potential not activated)
For example, Lagutin was assigned 3 star potential in climbing. Not complaining, but he's 31

Wikipedia says: ''No''.
Turkey is (partly) Asian too, so why wouldn't Israel be Asian anyway?
For some reason, Israel participates in European Football though... Never understood that, just like Kazachstan does btw...

Strangely, I had exactly the same idea a few months ago, but lost motivation.

Hmm...
Well, of course Asian countries
South-East Europe seems good too, but I don't know how weak you want?
African is also fun, but there aren't too many non-SouthAfrican riders there. Or maybe you can start a South-African career anyway?
South-American one is okay too, not thát weak, with guys like Haedo and of course the Colombians.

To be honest the picture is not sharp enough to read the names and stats |

Well, it's not really sharp, but you can read the stats/names quite well regardless. |

The problem is that Photobucket automatically resizes big screens, which makes it hard to see small details.
That's why I made the change to Imageshack.

I've been thinking of South America, but then I think of the calendar and I'm meh. Thinking of Africa, but you'll see what I'm going to come up with. |

Started (once again...) a new career. This time with Argos, it's a fun challenge to play with such a team after I almost exclusively played with teams that focussed on GTs.
I just played MSR and the remain in WT should be safe by now. Tom Stamsnijder won the TdU after winning from a break with some 2:30 on stage one (never experienced that before!), Degenkolb was fourth after winning all four flat stages (not that hard with Kittel as a lead out against that kind of opposition). It seems like we have an abonnement on 4th places now, Degenkolb scored the same overall at T-A, including one stage win, and also finished 4th at MSR, just like Gerdemann (I signed him, obv ) at P-N. Ânyway, so far, it's a lot of fun to play. Degenkolb also won 7 stages at the Tour of Langkawi and two classics, so he has already 14 stage wins. Next up for him is E3 Prijs and G-W, then a break until August. Kittel rides the Tour and the Vuelta. Unfortunately, Geschke broke a wrist so he's not going to be able to lead us in the Ardennes ...
My 4th place streak continues as Gerdemann finishes 3 seconds behind winner Pinotti in a very close Volta a Catalunya (oh, and Preidler won the mountain jersey). The E3 Prijs was the first race that I really sucked in (WT-wise, at least), Degenkolb was 15th, but won Dwars door Vlaanderen and Gent-Wevelgem. His first part of the season is finished now. Gerdemann continues for the Pais Vasco and the Ardennes. Still a lot of fun
