Hey man,
I liked your story alot. Plus i can learn from this for my own story. The way you set things up etc. is very interesting.
I really like that you have a fantasy story with Lance Armstrong. I was thinking of doing the same in my story, but then i decided to just use my own name. Cause yeah like everybody agrees on, Armstrong can't be (80) in the mountains anymore. On the other hand it could be fun to have an Armstrong with old stats just for one year, then retire him after that. He'll give your continental team a Worldtour licence and from there on you can build a nice looking team of your likings.
