Removed due to inactivity, I did not receive a draft list for either round 2 or 3 for your team, even put a post about it basically saying in round 4 if you sent a draft list you would keep your team otherwise it would go to someone else. (Sad part is you posted something not long after that post, but still did not send in a draft list), made another post commenting on that, when I did not get a draft list by time round 4 was over the change was permanent.
Okay, before we get carried away into Round 4. Miguel98 has not posted a list now for the 2nd day, so his team is open. Any of the Conti Teams that want to move into his spot taking over the team (you can rename it, change nationality) may do so. If none of our current Conti Teams want the spot it becomes open to the public. I will take the Conti teams in the order they joined (also the order of the draft) for who gets first chance.
If Miguel98 posts that he still wants the team and sends in a draft list before I have given the team away, then he retains the team.
Well Miguel98 made a post, but I don't have a draft list, if I get one, he retains his WT spot, but otherwise its in the hands of jph27.
Anyhow if you would like back in with a continental team just let me know which one, you can of course rename it back to Google Cycling Team. Also I will need a draft list or else it won't be considered.

Well you have the 3rd pick in the draft this round, so there are only two possibilities! Franki28 and Wiley.
I'm not favoring the August idea, I think most teams will get a race in that time frame anyway and worst case you can add up to 2 races.
EDIT! Oh I think I misunderstood, you mean who are we waiting on...not telling!

We will get as many rounds done as possible as fast as possible. If everyone was able to message their list in 5 minutes we would be doing lots of rounds a day, but that not realistic. Doing it at about 24 hours gives everyone a chance. I'm going to the track in about an hour (and will be there for 2 hours) so it probably will happen in around 4-5 hours. (add another hour for cleaning up, fixing bike, eating, and then actually posting everything)
