Monfort? Interesting. The others supposedly are to form a sprint train of German riders:
1st man: Grabsch
2nd man: Sieberg
3rd man: Wagner
4th man: Greipel
I don't know about using Grabsch for a role like that, but we'll see

Again: he has a contract. He's going nowhere.
Cancellara would leave if Bjarne Riis hadn't found any sponsors, than BMC would have been his first option thà t's the story.

Doesn't want to play second fiddle to Cancellara anymore. |

Geox managment leaves Lampre and joins Footon! Geox will be the title sponsor of the team. Oh, and guess who Geox is taking with him...
Cunego ---> Footon.

Where did you get this from?
I'm still waiting for Ricco to return to Footon.
EDIT; I've found the source.

My source is the Gazzetta dello sport, but whatever, they got it too.

A lot of Pro Tour licenses run out at the end of the year. The teams who need their licenses renewing are:
Astana
Caisse
Euskaltel
FDJ
Footon
Liquigas
Columbia
Katusha
Milram
I would say that Caisse, Liguigas, Columbia and Katusha are the only certainties there.
Also, a few teams will want Pro Tour status, namely Vacansoleil, Skil, BMC and the new Luxembourg team.
This could affect how transfers pan out, because apart from BMC and Cervelo, Grand Tour invites are limited unless you're a team with riders from that country or with a license in that country,(Xacobeo and CSF for example.) |

Caisse - no - If a sponsor is found then yes
Euskaltel - yes
FDJ - yes
Footon - no
Liquigas - yes
Columbia - yes
Katusha -yes
Milram - no
Thats part 1 filled out.

I wouldn't, Caisse don't have a sponsor for next year, and time is running out

Vacan - no. Skil - no BMC - possibly Luxembourg - Yes

GT invite system is changing next year, it's done on the world rankings. Under the new system its quite possible Androni will get selected for the Tour. It's something like first 15 teams on world ranking are auto invited, then the rest is up to the organisers.

Euskaltel are in financial difficulties, and I really hope Caisse do get a sponsor.
With the GT invite system, wouldn't Topsport Vlaanderen have got an invite this year to the Giro and the Tour?
Also, some news.
Arroyo ---> Astana
Also, Astana are going to cut their number of Kazakh riders. |

True, but think about how good they would have been on Stage 4.
If it hasn't been mentioned, Cervelo signed Teklehaymanot as a Stagiare.
Plus, Veikkanen ---> Lotto. |

Did I miss the announcement? Is July 30th "Let's repost a bunch of transfers we've previously discussed and act like they're new" day?

They're building a very nice supporting squad for....uhhh....no one

I wasn't here, so I didn't know. Anyway, I'm tempted to setup a website to post transfer rumours on.
Of course, this will probably all be false. |

About that, i read in a Belgian newspaper that Scarponi is certain to leave Androni and got 2 teams offering him a 2 year contract.

Heh Savio says in this months ProCycling he's offering a very good contract. And hopes Michele is "laughing all the way to the bank in an Androni jersey"
