You know, I was going to say people should stop wittering on about how weak Evan's team is, and how he'll suck in Grand Tours because of it. I now fully agree. BMC suck. The fact he's there absolutely by himself is astonishing. Shocking. If I were Cadel, I'd be seriously pissed by the end of this stage. (And after the TTT too).
Well, you know, Evans knew what's gonna happen when he signed with BMC. If he needed strong team, he could've joined another team - I don't believe only offer was from BMC. He couldn't expect to get helpers as good as Basso, Sastre or Vinokourov have...

But the same can be said for many teams, other than Caisse (tour & vuelta), Liquigas, Sky, Saxo, etc, etc. At the end of the day, the front group of 20 rarely has more than one dominant team.

If anyone says Greipel is the number 2 sprinter in the world, I will laugh. A lot.
Bye bye from HTC sir.

Great victory for Weylandt. This is what he needed to earn a new contract. |

The GC is already completely scattered after 2 flatter than flat stages epic!
This is why all GT should have stages in either the Netherlands (wind) or Belgium (cobbles) |
