So, if stats gains are same as last year, can somebody reupload the original stats gain file? The file what I found in stats gain topic is deleted.

If I understand correctly, the rider salary is what they get a whole season. Is that correct?
Say I give a rider 50.000 in salary, that's all he gets for the season?

if you have rejected a contract from a rider in the renewals, can you bid on him when he becomes a free agent?

I think we will get the final version of the database and head into the transfer season?

Once renewals are complete, a final DB is released, the rules for the transfer period are released so everyone can read them before the transfer window opens, then transfers begin

If you buy a rider from another team, so a transfer. Does his wage stay the same as he got appointed or can it change?

I have one question about budget and transfer,
IF My teams budget is 3.000.000 and salary cap 2.500.000.
Salary cap is inside the budget?
So I have 500 000 to spend on bying cyclist, am I right?
Later when I can make offer to free agent I just offer them a salary?
Or do it cost more then the salary when you bid on free agents?

You have 3 million to spend. Budget and salary cap are separate.
eg.
1:
If you buy a free agent for 1m, then his salary will be 1m. So, you then have 1.5m left from your salary cap, and 2m from your pile of cash.
2:
You buy Di Luca from La Gazzetta. You pay mrlol 750k. Di Luca's salary is 350k. That means you have 2.25m left from your cash, and 2.15m left in salary space.
Buy a free agent - price you pay will be his salary.
Buy a rider from another team - salary will be whatever it currently is.
Any money left over, you can spend it on training. |

It all depends if other teams are interested in that rider. But with avg 70 he is probably just a helper so his wage won't go to high.
Cornu's wage last year was only 110k and he was one of the best, if not the best rider, while Goss' wage who got much less points than Cornu was 500k.
