Quick question most likely asked already, is there any way to race the world championships in single player mode.
And if so where is it located. |

btw one point of criticism (its a great DB!)
When scouting in South Africa I found someone with Nelson as his name and another one with Mandela as is surname...in short there could be a chance that a rider will be called Nelson Mandela or is that impossible?
And he'll be coloured |

I got a problem: My equipment configuration (as in C1, C2 and et cetera) resets to its original configuration after every stage. Im rather blank what causes it.

weird. I had that in PCM06 but not in 07. I haven't noticed it with this DB yet.

Spent the weekend playing with the new DB and just noticed something. It's not a major issue, but is there any way to reduce (make more realistic) the goals for Team Astana. Since their dopers have been caught (Vino, Kessler, Mazzoleni, etc), their goals for the career are unrealistic (win Ronde van Vlaanderen, TDF & Vuelta).
I've not played a season with them yet but I presume it makes it very difficult to keep your job at the end of the year.
Like I say, not a big issue but it would be nice if it could be done. |

Still, if you don't fulfill them there's a strong chance you can keep your job by reaching great results in other races. I experienced that several times. |

When I try to extract the db in my games folder i get these error messages and I cant extract:
! C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\PackPCMSpain2007v1.0.ace: Cannot create Blocs\IsolatedBuildings\sign
! C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\PackPCMSpain2007v1.0.ace: Error - operation failed
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong and how I can get it to work? |

Cool, might start a career with them then.
Invest in youth and make good a "dirty" team. (Or get saked after the first season knowing my luck!) |

Pay attention to what the download zone suggests you and use FlashGet to download it. |

if there's an error "creating files" when extracting, there's 3 likely options:
1. faulty winrar installation
2.corrupted file (you wouldn't happen to have an nVidia card, would you?)
3. out of disk space on a non-Sata2 drive.

I have i nVidia card, but I'm not that good when it comes to computers; why is nVidia a problem?
My winrar have always worked fine before so I don't think that's the problem |

I got it to work, thanks for all the help.
The problem was just me being dumb and not reading properly how I should extract it |

Dankan, where does one find the dopers in the career DB? They are either magically hidden or not there at all.
