Tour Mediterraneen – Stage 5
Today is the final stage of the race and the wind speed has died down so splits in the peloton are unlikely. The peloton’s speed was really high today so there weren’t any breakaways early in the stage. Eventually though, a group of 3 did get away and built up a gap of 2 minutes.
The peloton was led by Caisse but a lot of other teams pitched in, including us, Bbox, and Astana.
At the sprint finish it was Usov won the stage as Cofidis won its second stage in a row.
