Only Stephen Roche did that. And the fact that Roche is universally hated outside of Ireland/UK for winning both the Giro and the Tour that way, says a lot about how this kind of thing is viewed.

Reminds me of the Armstrong and Ulrich situation years ago. (obviously that was fairer)
