ok. did it stay rain free?
When journalists at the Tour de France ask me if I am the best sprinter, I answer 'Yes', and that's seen as arrogance, but if they don't ask me, I don't say I'm the best sprinter in the world.

Well Columbia wern't at the front as such. They took a bit of a coaster off Cervelo. Hincapie did a dive bomb underneath which positioned Cav well enough up there. But being honest its a Test Team fest not Columbia.
I think Cavendish would disagree that they benefited off Cervelo.
"We got the lead out right - straight past the Cervélo team - and we saw how strong they were yesterday. But when they [Cavendish's teammates] drop me off with 100 metres to go, there could only be one outcome!"
Cavendish was highly complementary of the work done by Hushovd's former teammate, Mark Renshaw, who was brought over to the Columbia-Highroad team after the demise of Credit Agricole. "I've never seen such a strong lead-out - Mark Renshaw went so fast that I had no choice but to win," Cavendish said. |

Cavendish got it wrong there, with the "one one outcome" and "no choice but to win"
There amount he won by was minute.

Riis' explanation to why Frank Schleck isn't doing well: "He's freezing, because he's so thin. He can't keep himself warm. I'm not saying he's too thin, you know me, they can't get too thin!"
I'm glad I'm not a cyclist |

Well, my case was pretty much strange. Several days ago I bet for Cancellara winning the prologue. It was sure money. And then it said my bet was for Garmin TTT at the Tour Mediterranéen. I was like -WTF? Nevermind. |

Gap up to 8 minutes. In the break Weening, of all people, looks tired.

All I can remember about him in a good race is the 2005 TdF stage when where he looked tired but he beat Kloden

Cavendish just punctured.
EDIT: Actually I think it might have been Renshaw, even though the commentators were saying Cavendish.
