This preview made the blind man tactics come to my mind again
Surely, this is the stage where to try something!

*Ian Butler - Well, i thought it would be a little different..
*tsmoha - Funny, i had the same thought when made it..
We will for sure try to "kill" the race here..
*sutty68 - Yes, it will be a sunny day and beautifull landscapes..

*sutty68 - ..and we are glad not to climb it..
Stage 2
We have pushed hard all the way until the bottom of the climb to avoid any breaks wich we managed to do.. now as the road starts to raise, J.Henttala(TNN), M.Cooke and J.Driscoll are getting away...
At kom sprint, Cooke and Hentalla fought for the points.. Cooke is first, he will wear the jersey... Driscoll looses some terrain.. 3´16"gap to peloton and 43kms to go..
The pack is closing in... at the front, Driscoll catch up both riders again..
Int. sprint, Cooke and Henttala fight for the points again, Cooke wins.. the 20kms mark is right there, peloton reduced the gap to 1´13"...
10kms to go, with a little acceleration, J.Acevedo quickly gets a small gap.. some riders try to react..
.. but seems no one has the legs today.. Acevedo gets smaller on the horizont.. breakaway riders were already caught..
3kms.. race favourites F.Baliani(PPO), J.Arredondo(PPO), C.Haga(OPM), L.Euser(UHC) and H.Alizadeh(AMO) will have to fight for 2nd place..
Last km for J.Acevedo.. nobody can even get closer..
Janier wins... that white jersey has a deserved wearer... B.J.Maynes comes in 16th and manage to get into top10..

Well, that is a gap that deserves it's name Acevedo seems to be dominating the smaller US races, that will put JHS in a strong position in the Conti Rankings! Congrats!

*tsmoha - I´ll agree with that... Thanks mate. At this time, Jamis is depending almost 100% from Acevedo, it´s something we will change in August and at the season´s end.
Stage 3
C.Baldwin(BPC) is flying today.. at first checkpoint, he sets best time in 16´26".. at the finish line, 33´57".
T.Zirbel(OPM) is +12" slower on first check, at the end are +17"..
B.J.Maynes is getting old and that´s visible today even with his bad day(-5).. +1´35" after finish line..
N.Brown(BLS) really wants stage win today.. first check he´s only +2" and after crossing the finish line +1".. close one.
Young Riders Rankings leader J.Arredondo(PPO) rides with +50" at first check.. at the end makes +1´35"..
J.Acevedo is a happy man as he crosses finish line.. 1st checkpoint is 9" sec faster then Arredondo and at the end +1´31".. jersey well defended.

Even when he didn´t won, N.Brown is indeed the man of this stage.. he grabs green and white jersey and jumps to 2nd overall.. great ride. From our side, Acevedo always delivers but i´m really concerned with B.J.Maynes.. i´ll give him the benefit of the doubt today..

If Acevedo goes, you could start thinking in Arredondo as a good replacement... in real life, he dominated the Asia Tour, just as Jani is doing here in America... they both will race in WT in 2014 and will keep growing as our cycling in general...
Great results btw... lets hope everything goes smooth in that stage 4 ande win the race...
Question: Doesn't Jani get tired?? its been a long season for him..

*kadtagenero - I don´t wich to reveal many details from our future transfers for now but just you to know, Arredondo is in the list, he would be a great addition to the team, so we have to wait for August.
Janier will ride the NC´s right after Cascade is over then he will rest...
PCM changed my training schedules and Acevedo will enter the red zone after NC´s.. .. in 15 game days we will receive our new talents .

Acevedo is a beast. Just don't loose too much time in next hilly stage and Cascade Cycling Classic is in your hands! |

*admirschleck - Acevedo is clearly strong enought to win every low races with climbs.. i don´t think he will loose time there..
*sutty68 - Thanks mate, mountains are the best place for Acevedo to be.
Stage 4
Peloton reach the small hill after the descent, many riders tried to escape but we brought all back..
We control the pace all the way...
35kms to go, they keep on attacking... 3 riders are in front, 1´32"gap.. they escaped when we let the front of the pack for a few kms..
Kom sprint, B.Selander(OPM) takes the 5 Pts.. 20kms to go.
5kms to go.. F.Baliani(PPO), L.Euser(UHC), K.House(RCJ) and J.Dabrowski(AMO) start to push hard in front... J.Acevedo(-3) is trying to catch up..
Acevedo leads this group behind with Arredondo..
N.Brown(BLS) will loose his 2nd GC place.. he stays with the pack..
With 31"gap to the front, J.Acevedo decides to attack.. 2,5kms to go..
1km.. Acevedo catch up with the front just in time for the sprint.. K.House gained a small gap...
.. and holds on for the win.. Janier makes 5th... J.Arredondo looses 34"sec today..

N.Brown leads with 1pt over J.Acevedo..

We can already celebrate Overall Win... Kom jersey isn´t secured yet, last stage has some more points to be delivered.. Jamis looses the Teams lead, we might try to gain it in last stage.. 1pt lead for Brown in green jersey, it´s only a question how good Acevedo will finish in the 2 last stages..

No problems for Acevedo, as expected. No to avoid any unexpected trouble and seal the deal
This second (and also third) "panorama view" screen is fantastic! Ian will definitely notice that
