Yay. Check Gafeff's story.
This. That story is getting too little attention for no reason, but the team is so interesting and it's easy to follow that story (PCM12->T'other British Cycling Team)

Indeed! Great program!

Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

What you guys think of me doing a Katusha story?. At the moment im in TDU and San Luis, Trofimv and Kristoff doing well in Aus and Spilak is crushing San Luis. I had planned a story with it but im thinking of starting in 2015 so will do a season on my own first. Or do you think be better to start in first year?
I just wanted a story to get quite far in seasons so if i do first year we can see who does well. I would do a nice write up on the 2014 year. Purito will be peaking for Giro and the WC he will ride La Vuelta but only on number 2 fitness. Spilak and Kristoff lead the TDF.
Good thing with Katusha, Purito is getting old and when he goes i will get rid of Moreno so i can then get good reinforcements like say Kwiatkowski and Kreuziger. I lik eastern riders so i think it has nice petential. Hey i could even get Sagan and it would look a realistic transfer.

I´m in a story now, the longest career that I´ve done for PCM 13.
I started with Novo Nordisk and in 1st season I signed Jure Kocjan and Joao Cabreira. In august I signed 6-8 Sub23 cyclists who made the team better. The principal sponsor changed from Novo Nordisk to Mapei, so the team is named now Mapei Pro Team.
For 2nd season I signed Rick Zabel, Iljaz Hocevar and some new riders as Vegard Breen, 2 new Sub23 and now my team is composed by 30 riders.
I signed too 2 trainers and my young talents are trained now, so my team is keeping better.
In 2nd season I won Vuelta a Mallorca, with 3rd stage, a stage in Le Tour de Langkawi and Down Under´s Classic.
My stars are Rick Zabel, Iljaz Hocevar (76 SPR both), Banga Flower, Ian Benjamin (74 MO, 73 TT both) and Jure Kocjan (73 HIL, 72 SPR). I have some more +70 riders in mountain, sprint and time trial (Keown, Breen, Peron, Verschoor, Megias, Balayan, de Bruin or Grimsey).
Now I´m fighting for being World Tour in 3rd season and for riding Giro d´Italia.
It´s a great challenge but I´m going to try.

You should post that here.
You can discuss your careers there. This topic is entirely for storywriting(That's why it's in PCM 14: Stories)
Impressive that you managed to avoid relegation to CT with Novo Nordisk.

OK, thanks, I´ll post in SSJ2Luigi´s post, because career is for PCM13.
@Jesleyh Yes, I don´t know how but now I think I´m fighting for riding the Giro and in 1st season my objective was to keep my division...

Currently working on a new project next to Projob-Odfjell. Don't even know if I'm going to release it, due to university starting soon. If it is released it won't be updated very frequently, because it's just a side project and I don't want to lose focus on PO and university. The entire story is an experiment for me, so I have no idea about the quality. Anyway, you now have something to look forward to

I've been working on a story for some time now. I hope to release it soon, but just need a few more updates ready. For those who like the history of cycling and are nostalgic it will be great.
(It is for PCM12 though, but couldn't find a similar thread in the PCM12 forum..... ) |

Sounds nice, stories with a historical DB are usually fun to follow, hopefully your story won't become an exception

New facorite story-arc for Karl Hammarling now begun. First part will come through in a few days for you guys and slowly build through the next two acts. I really like it and it makes my job actually a lot easier and it provides a great and easy segway and connection between plot points.
Had a lot of fun writing some more this weekend, really missed it.

Might come up with my very first story later this month. Finally found a team I think I could play with for longer than 1 season. Still some thinking to do though. Most likely I'll introduce it after my exams. |
