Goodbye SpiderTech - Cervélo
As you have probably heard, SpiderTech - Cervélo decide to leave Cycling. This is a major blow for Wesley Hoogenboom. Wesley Hoogenboom was still very young(20) and this was supposed to be his breakthrough year. He was very surprised when he heared this news, he didn't saw it coming. Beside that he was surprised, he was really, really sad. He started crying, even though he was in public. He just didn't care anymore, the news is so bad. 
He couldn't get himself to step to the press, and he asked his agent to do it. The agent said that this was a major setback for poor Wesley, and Wesley will retire from professional cycling. But you never know what happens, and he's just 20, so you might see him returning in a few years. After all, he got talent.
We want to thank the direction of Spidertech - Cervélo for the chances they granted Wesley, and we hope that he gets a new chance at a new team somewhere in the future.

So, I took a long break, learning hard, using free time on school. Now, that the summer break is coming, I would like to get back into story-writing. I really love your rider stories and that's what I'm planning to do. This is gonna be I think the last story of mine, but this time I want it to last long. Longer, that what I did so far ever. My question is: Out of all the former members (or even others), who would be interested in this story again? I'd start over with the 2013 DB and the stat update by Alakagom and I seriously think, that we could do something nice together.
Hope you still have interest in this story, I really hope! |
