Yes, you can continue signing riders every body! Transfer window closes on Halloween.
Jakstar, you open it in PCM 2012 or an editor and use it to decide what riders you want for which races.
Ollfardh, the current plan is now on post one. I think it is similar to your idea. |

Uhm... About the DB you posted Fran...
Maybe it isn't completely ready, but I tried some tests with it, and about half of the jerseys are just completely white while in 3D mode...
This involves Garmin, Movistar, Sky, Katusha, Rabobank, Argos and many more...
Is this going to be a problem?
And on the point system: Seems a good system, but winning 'other'(so small) classics gives more points than winning a 'smaller'' stage race, like Paris-Nice. I guess it takes more effort to win a stage race like Paris-Nice or the Dauphiné...

Nice job with the point system, i like it. "UCI" member will decide the number of point to give to the custom rider, right? |

But on the development system: nice system, but just one tiny thing bothers me.
You can get 1-5 points... So 20 year olds will develop as fast as a 18 year practically... Cause if you get 5 points.
18 year old: 5x1= 5. 20 year old 5x0,9= 4,5 = 5(rounded)

Then there's no problem of course...
As long as your able to run it, then there is no problem

Unless you only get to spend the "complete" points so that the 20 year old can spend 4 pts and then put 0,5 pts "in the bank" for next development

Hmm... Didn't think of that, thats true...
But still, guess 19 and 20 years old still develop quite nearly as fast as 18 years old... But maybe you are right...

JuanMotr, me, TMM, Daggen, you and then there is a lot of people willing to help where they can.
Also, as well as banking development points, 18 year olds will be better at 19 than the 19 year old was when they started as 18 year olds develop more than choosing a 19 year old over a 18 year old. |

No no, don't worry about asking questions
I'll be running through a Tour de France next which will involve a lot of custom riders. I'll tell you how it goes. |

In the DB, Kim Po-Ding is Chinese, not Korean, which he should be

Oh yeah, that. Daggen couldn't find a North Korean thing so I told him to put it as China as it is nearby. |

From Kim Po-ding's Twitter:
UCI write me down as China. UCI is racist. China is good, but North-Korea is better! Also, in negotiations with team. Is secret, shhht!

there is no north korea
it could be added by changing another region to north korea

you wouldn't need to change one as you can just add one in, you just need to get the flag for it.

Found some issues, Maybe there are more, but didn't found more yet...
Jeffrey Bakker got age 27 and is listed as Jeffery Bakker. He should be age 18 + got the old(wrong) stats.
He should have the ones from this post I guess:

Thanks for mentioning.
Your first rider indeed doesn't have the right stats.
FL 71 -> Ok, uses 2 'bonus skill points -> 71
MO 59 -> Fine -> 59
HIL 63-> Should be higher -> 66, could use bonus points here or in SP or ACC. So for example -> 68
TT 71 -> Sorry, not allowed -> 65
PRL 59 -> Fine -> 59
COB 55 -> Fine -> 55
SP 71 -> Fine -> 71
ACC 66 -> Could be higher , I advise: -> 70
DH 63 -> Fine -> 63
FTR 50 -> Stats should be 55-65 -> 55
STA 60 -> Fine -> 60
RES 60 -> Fine -> 60
REC 59 -> Fine -> 59
And second thing I found is that Mathijs Ruiter is listed Hungarian and he should be dutch...
Edit: Found some more:
Adrian Hanzen is from Qatar in DB -> should be Brunei.
Some Data isn't complete... I mean for example most of the custom Radioshack riders, where there is sometimes only Height, and sometimes only weight listed.
And Mike Pye's Prologue, Resistance and Stamina are (way) too high. You can maybe give all 3 stats a -6 (btw Mike Pye has many 65-69 stats anyway, so that might make him overpowered)
and all age's are 1 too low in the db.
Oh yeah, Maxime Oget and Len Lye have got Fighter 78. And I guess its not allowed for puncheurs to have FTR higher than 65... And if its allowed its strange that Puncheurs have a way higher FTR skill than Fighters...
I guess Oget needs a second check anyway, because I noticed his Prologue and Downhill abilities are too high too!
If I find more issues, then I will edit this post further...
Btw: Just to be clear, this is Never meant as criticism, but I'm always just trying to help...
