Unfortunately for me, my major bye week is next up against Geno. Unbeaten in Division 1 so far, though I have outscored them in 5 out of 7 weeks. Im not getting much luck in playing opponents at the right time, even if I am getting some luck in players delivering.
For the record, we both have 5 players on a bye week . And considering the current available kickers on the waiver wire, it looks like I might end up playing without one.
The kicker aspect ought to help me, I planned ahead and bought in Bailey a few weeks ago when I noticed he was going well and available. But 3 of your byes were on your bench last week anyway. All 5 of mine played.

Nice one Josh Cribbs! Brought in through the Waiver Wire after Week 3, where he scored 10.9 points. He has scored 8.9 points combined in the 4 weeks since then, but in the first week that I pick him, he delivers with a 45 yard TD late in the game. If my lead RBs both perform well, Im now in with a decent chance of ending Geno's unbeaten record.
Some interesting matchups all round at the moment. Yorkshire Roses set to win a game at last, against a 4-3 team; Guido and Nico will go all the way; and most interesting of all, if Michael Vick meets his projection, DJP could be heading for their first loss!

Well its down to the wire indeed if I lose again by a few points I'm going to cry for real. It's my Vincent Jackson against Nick Novak and some dude named Leonard Pope. I don't fear the Pope guy but I'm just hoping it doesn't turn into an ugly FG game like last week's game (BAL vs. JAC)

Well, McCoy did well enough against a horrid Dallas defense . I'm still in with a chance though, Ryan Mathews just needs a good outing at Kansas. |

Yeh, I thought Id lost it when Dallas played so bad. Really not a great week for me for them to do that, when I have their defense, kicker, and RB - at least I could benefit from their crap display by having McCoy.
But Matthews got injured for you, so its a tight 4 point victory for me - a 3rd tight victory in a row for me. Could so easily be 3-5 rather than 6-2. Anyway, its about time Geno and DJP lost their unbeaten records

Seriously San Diego, 4 FGs vs the Chiefs? Just caused me to lose my 2nd straight game by 3 points or less...*sigh* Fuck kickers.
Also a big paper bag of shame for Jackson and one for Lance Moore who only produces when I put him on the bench.

That was down to the wire!
I can count myself real lucky that neither Vincent Jackson or Dez Bryant produced big numbers
There almost no chance I can win next week (without having looked at my opponent). I have my two top scorers Maurice Jones-Drew and Steve Smith on bye weeks.

Yea Jackson and Bryant were major dissapointments yet again, thing is you can hardly put those guys on the bench because the risk of them having a great day is too big. However Rivers has been abysmal thus far leading to dissapointing numbers for Jackson and the Romo-Bryant connection isn't really working that well neither.

Mathews looked good until he got injured as well, would've been very close if he'd been able to finish the game. I just hope it's nothing too serious, my RB depth is poor enough as it is. |

I'm actually putting up a valid fight here against Geno with my two top scorers missing. If Larry Fitzgerald just doesn't get any additional TDs now, then I'm in a pretty damn good position right here!
