I'm a bit worried that the 'excitement' of the Tour is pretty much dead from now. Menchov, Evans and Sastre have already lost a fair bit of time, and A. Schleck is also behind Contador.
Hopefully, he'll show some weakness in the third week.
I hope that guys like Evans and Sastre who has nothing to loose..will make this race intresting. I'd like to count Menchov out..he is in somewhere else. |

That's why personally I don't like TTTs. |

DAAAAMN CANCE.. Not deserved!
It wasn't?
Now - how good was Armstrong on the 1st stage?
What rider jumped on the road to catch the break yesterday?
So just because he jumped and got to the right break it's deserved? the hell with saxo bank! Lance deserved it.
Lance did worse than Cancellara in the opening TT, and would be in yellow "just because he got to the right break" please explain to me intelligently (i know that may be asking too much from you) how Lance deserved it more
Exactly, especially when Fabian was in the same brake...
Cancellara has the jersey because he has an induvidual stage win
Because he is lance and Astana OWNED all the other teams. Thats why he deserved it..
i appologize for asking for an intelligent response, my bad

Cancellara has an individual stage win... Armstrong doesn't, thats why
But when Armstrong is in front with 0.010 or something ofcourse Lance deserves it....! Stage win or not for Cance!

How was the matrix sorted out?
Lance was 0.10 second ahead!
Cancellara had one more induvidual stage win
Yes... But lance is still infront...
He is not in yellow, and he is #2 in the standings, so that is some thought process you've got going on there |

Only full seconds have ever count... If they are equal, then it is decided by stage wins, if thats no better they go to the stage rankings... Then if it is still the same they decide the way you want...

The only real excitement I can see in the GC now is what happens with Armstrong and Contador in the mountains. |

Mike is this enough?
Riis change O'Grady against Matti probably helped to keep Cancellara in yellow.
Is this enough?
At least at the moment it feels good

Why did O'Grady help? He was dropped far from the finish, and he almost crashed at one point. |

Well Biathlon is so obsessed with Lance Armstrong...I think that Biathlon is very stupid to believe that Lance will win the Tour...

Some Norwegians does have issues when it comes to supporting teams or riders... They usually pick the best...
I always cheer for the outsiders and the underdogs, much more fun |

Lance drove that train for most of the later part of that race. Great showing by Astana. How about Garmin, wow!! 5 guys for like 20km and they nearly won it.
I'd say they are better than High Road. High Road finished with 7? |

Who have said I belive that Lance will win the tour?? Idiot.. plz qoute me when i said armstrong will win the tour?!?!!? And I like the whole team Astana riders! And would been sooo cool that Armstrong is back in yellow 4 years after he retired!!
btw Yes I hope Lance or Contador wins the tour! And Yes I KNOW THAT ASTANA WILL WIN THE TOUR!
And who can beat them. Every GC rider is more than 1 min behind them. And it's still one more TT left
Its like someone is playing PCM with team Astana on easy...

urm did anyone notice the two naked chaps as the camera went round the corner on the climb!!! I had to rewind the TV as I couldn't quite believe what I saw..........
Quality rides by Astana, Garmin and Liquigas......
Evans, Sastre, Menchov the Schlecks can forget it......no way they are going to be able to get time into the Astana team in the mountains..........Zubeldia, Popovych, Leipheimer, Kloden, Armstong and Contador.....that's some climbing talent right there.....the other riders are going to be so isolated......all depends if Astana can keep the team as one and not split due to loyalties for Contador or Armstrong........... |
