Salzburg - Kitzbüheler Horn
we can call this one has queen stage..last climb is absolute "killer"..i
Sanchez Primienta atacked first ..41km. to go..but main group did not let him get away..
But he has a fighter..again 30km. to go..Grivko follows..
Final climb..steep section has started..Kairelis, Giunti, Broco, Gerhard Trampusch and Possoni..Ribeiro..
6km to go..Ribeiro cant follow that crazy speed..Kairelis who follows he's wheel also in trouble. This will take a lot of energy if he likes to get back with lead 4..
..and he is coming..
4km. to go..he is back..great ride..
now one..15% section and Giunti has one more gear. Kairelis in trouble again..he is droped first..Broco in trouble. He keep on fighting..
2,5 km. to go..Giunti atack..this is also Broco limit..he knew that next atack will drop him..
Trampusch and Possoni counter..and tour leader Broco is droped..
at the back..Knees is passing riders one after another now he has cought Ribeiro..
Possoni has taken a solid lead when last km started..he was also strongest when he was pulling a lead group..
..and stage win. He will change best young rider jersey with best overall rider shirt.
..2 nd Giunti,,3. Trampusch..4th. Broco..he has done everything he can..but 3 riders was clearly better then him today.

Kitzbüheler - Brägraten
Last mountain stage..after that sprinters show.
..and climb of the day has started..Knees atacked first today.
Then best climbers follows..tour leader Possoni and Trampusch..
They have passed Knees and start to move away..I believe that they stay at the front..
Kairelis and KOM leader Gerrit Glomser has cought Knees. I was expecting more from Glomser..but seems like he's goal this year is KOM jersey not high GC spot.
"super duo" has a safe ride at the front..hugh group is formed around Knees..Broco is in it now (green jersey).
Chase group is formed..Giunti, Knees, Glomser, Kairelis, Broco, Rodrigo García, Ruslan Pidgornyy and Clemens Frankhauser.
when Giunti, Glomser and Kairelis accelerating...Broco can not respond..every day is harder and harder for him..
Leaders are passing 1km. banner...
E2..Giunti, Kairelis and Glomser..Giunti must be a little dissapointed that he missed Possoni atack today..
Possoni taking second mountain top finish on the row..I believe this is Austria tour winner finish..just 3 flat stages are left..
Broco comes 2'28 later..he has given max again..
But it was great day for team..we had 6 riders inside top 30 today..after that hard climb..

A Dos Cunhados - Carvoeira
Opening day..I made a small mistake for sending all hilly sprinters to Tour of Austria..now I should try with out of shape Plaza..
20km. to go..last KOM check point..Galparsoro Martines and D'Anieloo atacking..they keep going after summit..
10km. to go..five riders group is leading the race..
another atack wave from behind..Pinto is in it..Eibegger in the same atack
After several atack we have 5km. to go..situation is nice for us..Pinto and Cristiano Benenati alone at the front..
But D'Aniello comes behind and trying to get away alone..Pinto has nothing left to respond..
last km D'Ániello still alone at the front..Eibegger trying to challange him..
 ..and D'Aniello managed to be fastest man also inside last km..now one even wont get close. Stage win ..tour lead.

Mountains are over..now just sprint stages left..
..and sprint.Columbia still controlling..they are there for Mark Renshaw..Rodrigues and Vilela again trying theyr best..
..they have passed last corner and all out now..races right after nationals are great..so many top form fresh national champions at the peak..portugal champ..Ukraine champ..Polish champ..
I have nothing bad to say to Vilela and Rodrigues they have been always well positioned for sprint..just has not enough speed against rivals..
Mikhaylo Khalilov takes a stage win..2nd. Robert Radosz..3rd. Clemens Frankhauser..Vilela was 5th. again..

sry to disappoint you..
I got there my 2 best sprinters..and they missed it completely.
..anyway GP TORRES VEDRAS has been disaster for me..(weakest racing at this season)..but this is ok..planned low period. I want them to be in top form for vuelta Portugal and vuelat of Spain |
