In PayPal, there's a some sort of form where you can tell them that you didn't receive the item. Fill out the form, and Metaboli will surely speed up the process in order not to lose any money. |

Well, i mailed them a week ago and still havent got a new key...
Has anyone got a spare key that they dont need

I have downloaded all the files, including the .exe setup one, and put them all in the same folder, but when i click on the setup icon it comes up with:
"Runtime error at (17:581)
Source file is corrupted."
I have tried re-downloading the .exe file several times, and have emailed , but as yet have had no reply. I emailed them about 6 hours ago, and am starting to get annoyed. I have no idea what to do. Anyone got any suggestions? thanks

Did you try redownloading all the files (using a download manager) and not just the .exe? |

I haven't, didn't know if that would make a difference or not, and didn't want to waste downloads. I'll give it a shot though, if you think that'll work. |

I uninstalled pcm 2009, and when I did it, it stood that I only had 9 deactivation again, does that mean that I can only uninstall pcm 2009 9 more times? (I have the download version)
