Good for Rebellin. But chapeau for Evans. He did a really great job. It's a pity it wasn't enough, because it was him who had the initiative, and the others were just sucking his wheel. Kind of ironic, considering a lot of people say that he is the wheelsucker, anyways.

maybe. Just remembered the 2007 Tour where Contador and the chicken were fighting and somehow always someone with a tired face was there trying to hang on.

No he isn't, he attacks a lot more than people give him credit for.

yep maybe he attacks but he never does a big difference with those attacks, maybe that's why he looks like a wheelsucker.

No he isn't, he attacks a lot more than people give him credit for.
What I think is that in races like Pais Vasco, Paris-Nice, or Classics, in which he doesn't have to deal with a 3 week form, Evans only builds up, and doesn't cares about GC, so he attacks.
But when he has to deal with a GT, or a GC, he isn't able to attack anymore, as if he was fearing all his attacks to be countered. So, he just seats down and wait for attack. But I don't know why.
Remember also that last year he fall in a Pyrenees stage, and wasn't in good form for the 3rd week
So, Evans isn't a wheelsucker, but his Tour tactics are really strange, and that's because he isn't as good climber as Contador or Sastre in GTs |

It is kind of weird that Valverde is racing in an ASO race. Looks like he's going to be welcome at LBL.
He really does seem to be untouchable.

His problems are with the Italians. But yes I thought that ASO are more exclusive that this.

6. LÖVKVIST Thomas 3 TEAM COLUMBIA - HIGH ROAD 4h 42' 22" + 00' 07"
This must be hard for Ruben:
However, the form level of the favourites in the Tirreno is no way comparable to now. So, that says completely nothing.
He must have been very very close to it, considering his victory in the Paschi Eroica a week before. I believe so, yes. He was in his best form.
Or 6th isnt good enough?
Seems like cycling is not 1+1
