Why would his loyar need to confirm that there has been a link with fuentes? I thought he was meant to be defending him. |

For testosteron, and he had a naturally high testosteron value. So he'll be probably be free of charges Like all people caught with testosterone problems, they all have naturally high values. |

The money transfer took place, it's impossible to deny it, since the bank will always have records of it. Denying it or postponing a reaction would just look bad.
This way he plays it cool: "Yeah, there was a transfer. so?"

It's just the colombians. That's why Botero has more hair than planet of the apes.

about F. Schleck. that german newspaper who said he sent 6981 euro to fuentes: its been confirmed by schleck's loyar. and there's more: at about 12 o clock Riis will give a press conference in Varese. rumors say hes going to say something with big impact on cycling.
this press conferance must be about schleck... italian police have searched the luxemburgian hotel, and schlecks dad's car has again been searched as well, again.
As I said in the News in September thread, it's unlikely that it's about something with Schleck. If you read the press invite, it says something about "dinner" after the press conference. And if you had just fired Schleck due to doping, it's unlikely that you'd invite the press to dinner.
Nah, we'll see a new co-sponsor of the team. That's my guess. Maybe CSC who were previously rumoured to be wanting to stay with CSC. |

Lol, so i think either way. Mr Schleck is fecked Everyone is going to be on his case from now on. This reminds me of last year when it was exactly the same for Valverde. He was very distracted in the morning over allegations and then he just couldn't do anything in the race. Ive Schleck makes the podium there will be a few raised arms, not from his victory celebration but people who are certain that he is on something. I find that sickening. If i rider has been accused of something with either no proof or very little everyone begins to speculate immediatly. I say celebrate with him and if he tests positive is a further distance for the victor to fall. |

I'm 99.9% sure they'll announce CSC is continuing with the team.

Bettini: "Valverde is too innocent"
And he didn't mean it in a good way. God I hate that jackass.
If he wins we'll never heard the end of it from him, how he was awesome, how he was so much smarter than everyone, how he played it perfectly....etc etc etc.

I hope a total outsider wins, so we can laugh again.
For instance Manuel Medina, Lars Bak, Marc de Maar or Mario Aerts |

Ivano Fanini (director of the Amore & Vita team):
"Bettini angers me. He walks around like he's so superior to everyone, but everyone in the peloton knows Quickstep has sources in the UCi that warn them about the surprise controls and Bettini goes around warning all the dopers about when they'll be tested"
Ruben wrote:

I echo that.

I just hope he keeps up his promise where he said he was going to retire if he wins today. i hope he retires if he doesn't. It doesn't matter he'll get his ass kicked next year anyway. |

He wasn't so smart at the olympics.
Hopefully he'll mess up again today and it'll haunt him for the rest of his life!
Did Sylvain Chavanel start? I'd love him to win, just for all the attacks he puts during the GTs.
Nobody is normal

Yeah, Chavanel is there, as team leader. Don't expect him to launch suicidal attacks today, he'll probably try (and fail ) to hang on with the very best in the last lap. |
