I used the Dashboard for the first time and only changed rider morale on my team. I did save as and overwrote(?) my original .cdb. Changes showed up in game fine. However when I went back to dashboard for another change, i received an error.
ERROR MESSAGE: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
Location: DAL-4
Any ideas what I may have done wrong? Any help appreciated...

Everything seems to be working well...except none of the rider pictures or flags are present. Am I missing something? |

I get this in the editor when double clicking on my own team after October 15th:
Error Message: InvalidARgument=Value on -1 is not valid for index.Parametername: index
Location: BL-30
Also cant transfer riders anymore, at least not to my team.
Also, only have 3 goals now and all the favourite races stats is gone. That might be because of the daily db though.
Also, when trying to sort cyclists by wage or contract end in the team section it complains on inability to convert string to integer.

I manged to edit once and after that it give
ERROR MESSAGE: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
Location: DAL-4
or some other random s**t
It looks great but it just doesn't work

Probably you haven't set your pcm directory right. Else you didn't install the DB correctly. Try setting your PCM directory from the tools menu.

Try waiting till the transfer period ends and then transfer riders. I've edited lots of PCM daily DB savegames all with success. Else send me your cdb and i'll have a look at it.

DONT overwrite the original.cdb, definetly a good way to mess up your savegame. Try it again with your backup which resides in the same folder as your savegame with a date as suffix.

I've editted tens of different savegames now from a couple of moths to 2010 savegames and from PCM Daily's DB, PCM Spain and some other obscure db so it definetly works. Those DAL errors are coming from the converting process and 99% of the time come from user errors and or messed up DBs. So yes it does work !, the fact that it doesn't work for you doesn't mean it doesn't work. Send me your cdb and ill have a look at it.

by the way where are you suposed to install dashboard is it in C/programefiles/cyanide/PCM or something else
and when you open a save game do you open C/mydocument/PCM/database/solo/officialrelease or something else

You decide yourself where you want to install the program. However, when you open it you will be asked where you installed PCM. Choose your main PCM-directory, f.e. Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager
When opening a save game, go to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager/Database/Solo/OfficialRelease/thenameofyoursavegame.cdb |

@Ladagnous, upload it somewhere (rapidshare for ex.) and send the link to me in a PM or in this thread. And listen to Cruetrue. And... no offence but if you'd taken the time to read the first two pages of the manual, which the download page clearly suggests, you'd already known that. It sometimes annoys me that people refuse to take a little effort themselves to read the manual and start to say it doesn't work or ask questions that are clearly adressed in the manual. |

If you want to have a look at my contracts table too that'd be awesome, someone my game always crashes when I open that one in Hannes Converter and save it no matter what edit I do. Don't know if your editor caused it though.
