I want to start on it already, but I guess I should wait to be fair to those people who still want to think of a tactic. So tomorrow morning/noon |

You can send a specific tactic for a race if you want to.
Easy examples:
I want to make the race hard early on.
I want to follow my rival's wheel as long as possible
I want to go full gas for 2 laps and take the rest as a training ride
etc etc |

Preferably.
It's gonna be a great race tomorrow. So everyone tune in to read the report! On Christmas Day, I might be busy during the day. Though I might post the next preview in the evening.
Though I want to give everyone the chance to react to tomorrow's race, with Christmas etc |

No, carrier pigeon with a letter. Don't forget to use your family seal on the letter otherwise Ian can't be sure it's from you!

I mean, you can also send a rider. It's perfect for the story, too |

Nice to see the rest of the community embracing Carrier Pigeons as a fast and reliable form of communications

I'm actually hoping for an early race report and many, many post-race posts so I get some reading to do in my 4 hour train ride home. (But I could also just take a book with me)

Warning: there is a chance I might do the race tonight. Just to be safe, if you really want to send in tactics, do it now.
I'm too tempted to wait. But I might. I'm still facing the dilemma but I'm gonna decide soon |

Okay, great!
Also I'll include a general note of tactics below in bold. I've received some weird tactics in the last 2 days.
Please keep your rider's weaknesses and specialties in mind when sending in tactics. (for example For a rider with weakness 'slow start', it's not okay to send a tactic to attack immediately. He'll be lucky if he sees the front of the race after 5 minutes

Look everyone - I've grown!
So I decided to respect the earlier dates and do the race tomorrow. Like I said, I want to find the perfect pace for this game. (though the start is always a bit faster and the game slows down naturally later). Doing the next race now would be too fast for some players. So I'll do it tomorrow.
Give everyone the chance to stay active and not be scared off by too much happening on one day. So maybe there's the first rule for me, too: no race on the day of the preview. A new preview on the same day of the last race is allowed, though |
