Hardly. In 2011 he already had better results at Giro.
He's returning to that level, but not progressing beyond it.

Couldn't watch final few kilometers, but it seems like Kittel dominated once again.
I really miss Failured's "In case you missed last ... kilometers" in situations as this one.
