Just do it in small steps.
You could start with your big leaders, and just assign them to races.
You could start with one-day races, and just assign riders to them
Then slowly fill in the rest a bit at a time. No deadline set yet, no need to panic

Just make groups of riders, ex: I had a group of riders who went to every race that Purito was at, same with Kristoff and I had of group of cobbles riders

Was about to give the advice to make an excel file for it 
But the way I do it: start with the certain races, then add race days for each rider until they reach 50.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Anyway, i have files from: ARG, AST, BMC, CAN, EUC, FDJ, KAT, LAM, LTB, MOV, OGE, OPQ, RST, STB and SKY
Equally i know i have to do EUS for a bit. Also i know GRS is sent, just hvn't downloaded it yet.
Missing: BEL (Hobbit), VCD (Selwink), IAM (Nacho) and ALM (Dippo). So if you guys could start to hurry up a bit would be awesome. Deadline is now Friday 17th

While i've been not doing my essays i finished off the balancing features for the next off-season period. Very happy with the set up, and will randomize it nearer the time so i don't have a huge advantage. Should really shake things around and create some more balance
