Cookson investigators seized UCI computers right after election

Pretty hardcore stuff. Right after BC was elected President, he had a security firm that was on standby, raid the UCI headquarters in Aigle to secure evidence of the UCI's shady past.
To me that was a good idea, i hope he gets plenty of evidence on McQuaid that has him put inside |

Talking of Cookson quick Cycling News interview here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcRtji...cRtjilxDN0
It's mostly watch this space stuff but interesting to note the contrast in style to McQuaid's total lack of knowledge about anything...ever and a quick response to the Verbruggen question right at the end too. |

Even though there are probably no doubts about what he was doing, I actually liked him.
He could have reached much more probably but somehow he didn`t like to be the leader and often had helper roles ro just co leader ship.
But better to retire with 38 now after some more or less successful last seasons . |

Curious what people think of the 'new' UCI League system proposals: https://www.bbc.co...g/24446244
And .... discuss!
It was eleven more than necessary.

Well, pardon me
I've been AWOL, working and similar miseries. Didn't notice any discussion on it during my brief drop-in visits.
What was the consensus, if you don't mind?

Sorry brother I wasn't having a go at you
Many different opinions on it but from my point of view it is a start but don't see it going through in the current form its been presented in, there will be changes and some will be adopted but not such a drastic change in the calendar. I do like the idea of relegation/promotion

Found this overview of the bio passport interesting https://www.outsideonline.com/outdoor-...sport.html
News of the 2nd of its 3 modules going live by the end of the year and likened to a speed limit in its current form - i.e. the speed limit is 70 many are driving at 80 rather than 100 now = partial success.

Not much news, but apparently an insulin compound by Novo Nordisk is possibly life-threatening and was called back.
That's obviously not funny, but I had to chuckle.

Interesting. I wonder which of the cyclists would be the best at sumo. I think Kittel stands a good chance. |

There's also videos of Froome and Sagan ... but I'd advise against watching them. |

Froome as a sumo wrestler? My penis is better suited for sumo wrestling than Froome.
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"

I think it's either Pieri or Bruno Lima. |
