gear ;p
and i also dont agree, i think form in general, form of the day etc also should be taken into account
boom was rubbish at the beginning of the season and is starting to peak now, while albert started off like a rocket and might now feel a bit exhausted after his wins, or just had a 'bad day' => more errors than normal
but in general i think:
technique => Albert > Boom (even tho Boom has improved a lot this season)
running & power: Boom > Albert
but anyway i think this is a pointless discussion because they are both top class cyclocross riders, their strenghts just lie in different areas and they have a different style

this is exactly what I've been saying all along. Which makes that Boom is normally stronger in though races, and Albert in technical races... |

yes, but it also doesnt mean that Boom is superior to Albert by default in muddy races, not all muddy races are alike, you have some with a lot of running and not much corners where Boom would prevail and then you have others with more short turning, 'balkjes' and other stuff which suits Albert more
anyway they are both great in their own way |

Well Czech riders usually suck at very hard and very muddy races. That's generally known. |

except for some exceptions.
stybar last year 3rd on the koppenberg
simunek also 2nd last year in a mud race.
forgotten the name, but it was dark en versus nys.
yet this was their olny time of performing quite good in the mud.
Valor a question. did Bina actually participate?
i didn't hear is his name , not once

As there were first temperatures below °C10 in Czech rep, the first wave of flu and fevers have come. The first victims are: I and Martin BÃna.
So he didn't participate. I guess he would be somewhere near 11-15th place, because he is not good in mud (He can ride on slightly worse level than Stybar or Dlask). But he's the best one (I mean there is really no one better than him) on snow and ice.
And I'd really know what happened to Simůnek, because he is universal type of rider and belive it or not, he could be three time world champion, but technicals didn't excuse anyone. Don't forget his father has won superprestige three times.
And now about our doper Martin ZlámalÃk - he had some minor injury after falling in Tábor, so he is off-shape, but as Ruben (yes dutch are the best and so on) said he also sucks on mud.
I hope Stybar and Dlask will make some results in Eerde-Veghel, because this is horrible. |

Does anybody know results of European championships? The juniors' race should have been finished by now. |

Omg Eising and Van der Haar, they have been 1-2 in almost every race so far. I thought de Bie would give more competition. |

This may or may not have already been posted, but for those not able to watch on a good old fashioned TV, Superprestige should be live in a little while.
https://www.vt4.be/superprestigelive.php
The build up has started - excellent quality stream.
