great ride by a nice circus artist, the way he stayed on his bike, bad lukc with Hushovd for falling 2 times and Kiserlovski goddamn...
Bad day for Rabo in this race tho Mollema couldn't keep up in the end and the rest of the team nowhere to be found |

Only just caught up with all the stages. Not a bad Paris-Nice.
Martin seems to be following the Induráin development pattern. Two more years till a Tour win?
If Martin wins five Tours, I'll eat my PC.
Seriously now, he's pretty much doomed, even in the remote scenario where he develops in a GT contender, by the <50km ITT fashion. |

Not necessarily. When the best rider around (for the GC) is a good TTist, there are long TT, when he can climb and TT there's both, when he's mostly a climber you get very short TT.
Think of Indurain or Ullrich in the first case (or possibly Martin in the future), Armstrong or Contador in the second, and Andy Schleck now.
Good appetite, btw. |

I like this Tony Martin fantasy talking..
When Wiggo can climb..then Martin can do much better then that in the future..at least not this year yet. |

JV says no punctured lung, just (if you can use that word) 7 broken ribs. And broken means broken, not fractured. Poor guy.
Definitely ruled out of Roubaix too

Is this Jalabert commentating? I remember that he sounds like it.
I don't understand french, but when Gregorio was getting wrong into a sharp turn, one of them go: "ohh-la-la-la-la!" gotta love the french expressions
Also hearing Kiserlovski screaming under that truck/van scares the shit out of me

It's him. Well, they're two, Chavanel is the second one, with the Southern accent (I bet this makes no sense to you). It's indeed him who says "oh la la la la" when Di Gregorio crosses a white line.
The first one (Thierry Adam) is just horrible. As Di Gregorio is from Marseillles, everything he relates everything to the football team. Tells ridiculous childhood story about Di Gregorio, etc.
Better watch on eurosport. |

54th – Thomas de Gendt (Vacansoleil) was the main revelation of this edition. The Dutchman won the first stage in Houdan and led a fantastic breakaway in the fourth, won by Thomas Voeckler, to claim the jersey back from Matt Goss.
Quote from letour.fr xD they should look up the facts a bit better xD |
