I wonder if Eurosport just got bought or something....
It was on TV, in Portugal, so that makes it Portugese TV
Isso is usually going on about the Portugese Eurosport commentators, so I imagine you get the Portugese variant of Eurosport?
British Eurosport meanwhile, did not include a Wiggins interview - either in its Fleche highlights, or its news program.
I'm no TV expert, but i think Eurosport has a global transmission, not one for each country. The only thing that changes is the commentators and the duration of the transmission itself. I'm not defending anyone here, just pointing that it's not Portuguese TV.

Well it certainly wasnt Spanish TV...
Youre trying to be pedantic, but failing. Theres only 1 European country that Eurosport transmits to in the Portugese language after all.
Like I already said. The interview was on TV, in Portugal. Therefore it was on Portugese TV. I dont see how you can contest that?

nice race and brave attack by Kreuziger and then he was able to start the Huy behind Contador and from the half of it faded and faded
But i am still pretty sure he is going to win some classic in few years Nibali was the Liquigas rider in 3rd position behind Anton and Contador.
Kreuziger let go at the start of the climb and finished at 2 minutes (because he was in the attack, yes ) ¨
yeah, you are right, sorry for that,i was so excited from his ride that i saw him everywhere he was 94th in the end
On his website he says he was finishing in complete calm and even was looking how Nibali will finish atscreen in BMC car nearby him
Bad for him that Tankink and Loosli was not working,i think they could be first four in finish, shitty tactics from Lampre and Rabobank
Go Roman!

Shitty tactics? Loosli was in the early break already and Tankink had attacked a lot too already. Besides, it's would have been stupid to work their asses off only to get dropped on the Mur de Huy, and then probably getting caught the end to by the favourites. They figured they had better chances with Gesink and Cunego in a bunch sprint up the Mur de Huy.

Yeah Hellboy, Tankink should really work with F. Schleck and Kreuziger, riders he know will beat him at Huy, after such an attack
Not to mention Loosli who was in the early break.
Ofcourse Tankink doesn't work |

It was still their best chance to at least get a podium.

No. Eurosport transmits the same for every country that gets Eurosport International (Portugal included). Those countries then re-scramble the signal with commentary in their native language. I don't think it's fair to say it was in Portuguese TV when it was the same broadcast for 90% of the countries that get Eurosport (Eurosport International).
This to say that that interview was almost certainly aired in all those countries.

Either it aired on Portugese TV or it didnt. And the fact that isso saw it suggests that it did.
Ill put it even more bluntly than before. It was watched in Portugal, on a Television. Therefore, it was on Portugese TV.
Get it yet?

Ridiculous discussion - it's being ended here.
Liege - Bastogne - Liege on Sunday. Vino's there to help Contador - although I do believe that he'd be able to get a good result himself. |

Fine. Substitute TV for Channel in my previous post. The gist of it remains though.
Edit: CT posted at the same time as me. Sorry.

In his current shape i think so aswell, and he hasn't lost his 'punchy' side unlike his climbing legs.

I have same oppinion, all i know is that Kreuziger said that they could make if everyone worked properly and i believe him as he is the rider and not only the speculating watcher as we are,but it looked like time trial from him, only Frank delivered some help
And i am not sure if it was good tactics to ride for Cunego and Gesink in that situation
Kreuziger just need to gain more tactical skills, looking forward to his LBL performance,i await something big
Go Roman!

I don't think they (Tankink and Loosli) would have had a big enough advantage on the peloton the stay in front of them, so no. I rather think it was stupid of Kreuziger and F.Schleck to try and stay away from the peloton, because it was always likely to end in a bunch sprint up the Mur de Huy.
Anyways. Liège is up next. Valverde and Gilbert look like the men to beat and Rodriguez and the Schlecks should be contenders too. I'm curious about Contador and I hope Gesink finally has some good luck. |

The fact that LBL is longer than FLèche and doesn't end in a climb makes it harder for Contador to win it. However last years' winner was a rider similar to Conta so...

Gilbert or J-Rod I think will win. Valverde the raging doper still isn't suspended which surprises me. Whatever happened to his own team suspending him?

I was thinking the same ... until I thought about his condition. He was probably way too tired to even think of celebrating.
1. Image and style shall be the primary concerns of the Euro Cyclist. When suffering, one must focus first on maintaining a cool, even composure and second on performance. Winning races is an added talent, and only counts if said Euro Cyclist wins with appropriate style.
poor form cadel.

Except he's not a euro cyclist
The preceding post is ISSO 9001 certified

Gilbert will probably be in the front with Andy and Valverde in the finale and then he will do one of his awesome accelerations and win it really easily |

My estimation. Vino works for Conta, then Conta realizes LBL is too hard for him and gives up with 10-20 km to go and "generously" lets the tired Vino who worked for him to ride for himself. (Seems familiar? Criterium International.)
