Read the manual. It says very clearly that you need to extract it to Programmer/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager -- not the My Documents-folder! And not the Database-folder either.
That was what I meant... I copied it to the directory you mention... |

I have discovered 2 bugs in the pcm spain database, in some of the small races you cannot self decide which of your riders you are going too have in the race.
Another bug is that you need 2 setop your cycling gear each time you change too another race. |

I am having trouble with downloading it! What happens is i download it, it then takes me to winrar. screen, i click extract to cyanide/pcm2007, then it just comes up with the download screen (Like it should), then it just freezes!!! Help! I really want this db and i can't get it! Also will someone tell me how to use Flashget, and which version i should get!!!!

the freezing will have nothing to do with PCM Spain, so i'm afraid you will just have to download it again
and Flashget, i can't remember which one i got but it works so just get the most recent one

normally the download just opens up in FlashGet automatically when you initiate it.
if not there is an "Add" button on the top left, copy and paste the URL into there and it should work
also make sure you know where it is downloading it to

Same happened to me. You can however extract it to a normal directory and copy over ever other file, or folder in the case of teams, individually if your connections bad. |

just use an editor
Choose one
the one at the top is the easiest to use, the one at the bottom the hardest
but the one at the top is not 100% reliable, whereas the one at the bottom is very reliable
the one in the middle, is middle-ish on both

Damn I hate the fact that you can't do a BIT without destroyin your PCM...
Made some DB alterations and altered some shirts - now it won't even start.
I press "Play" in the CD menu and it crashes... |

well editing db's of this size is never recommended
it always carries some risks, it appears that those risks became reality for you, bad luck i suppose

1. well you download it
2. open it up in WinRar, if you do have WinRar but it isn't opening, right-click on the icon-->Open with...-->WinRar
3. then select everything and put it into the root directory

Yup, don't extract, because it will freeze...
Just drag and drop, it will ask if you want to replace the files, and then you put "Yes to all"...
