Feel sorry for Madrazo - gone from nice day out in a break to Quintana waving him through when he's on his knees already |

Seriously thank god for Brian Smith's interuptions on commentary.
4 Sky riders lined out driving the bunch:
"I'm looking for Wiggins in the bunch as he's not comfortable on the slippery descents"
I think he might be there given the team working? |

Looks like the last 400m rises 50m - what does that make the gradient? :/
Edit: That can't be right it'd be over 12% disregard my fumbling in the dark...
My guess is a tough bunch sprint.

Brilliant crowds and brilliant racing on the Honister Pass. Continued attacks by Movistar and Garmin-Sharp now, great to watch!
Ciolek is the $5.50 favourite for the finish right now according to bet365, Viviani 2nd fav. Simon Yates at $9.00 considered more likely than Cavendish! ($11.00)
If it wasn't for the regularly poor weather and the thin roads that seem to cause more than its fair share of unfortunate crashes, Britain deserves a bigger race! This should at least be a 2.HC in the near future...

Depending on the election it might be between Britain and Malaysia for race upgrades... |

I thought it was about 1 in 6 but I don't know if that's just max gradient... |

Da hell I'm watching?
And talk about Wiggins emerges. The talk comes to this: "No ones will ever take that Horner is the first american to win the Vuelta even if his 41, 31 or 21."

Lots of activity, 7k to go, Lofkvist now leading, Stannard trying to make a move.
Shame that MTN-Qhubeka are down to just 4 riders.
