Wellens in yellow after today's stage would be so pretty darn sweet.
Indeed. And if the Gendt's jersey is secured, he could go beast mode again for Wellens.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Kwiatkowski launched a team attack and brought some danger to Sky. By now he's caught again though.
Coverage about to start.

Hard to keep track who's in the peloton now. I hope Kelderman is still in there .
Go Wellens by the way! Nice move, though I think he won't take the yellow jersey. |

Swift suddenly a word class climber now? Also Golas is weird to me that he's in there. Good to see Kelderman is better than yesterday. |

Incredible they are broadcasting from 80+ out on the flat days, while they broadcast the last 50 kms today. Like wtf. |

Can't say much about Swift, but Gołaś has been Kwiatek's main helper for a few years, I can't see why he would not be able to hold on today.

First of all this isn't a mountain stage, and yes, imo he's been the best climber amongst sprinters for a couple of years now, and that includes Matthews.

Days like that seperate the people who can push a lot of watts (SKY) from the real good bike racers. Kwiatkowski is incredible... |

I would say this is good teamwork as much as it is good work from Kwiatek. But it is correct this is what we watch the mountain stages for.
Still a nastyish looking climb to come and there goes one of the Etixx guys - Tony Martin has done a great job clap clap.

Quite surprised Martin could even pull for that long, he was sick the last two days.

This is it - Kwiato going for his own and on his own. Still amazing job by Alaphillippe, Martin and Gołąś.
