No idea why Millar did nothing. It was funny though, hincapie was absoulutly dead! didnt even look like he was sprinting  |

It was a great stage though . I would have hoped Pate could have joined the first 5 in the break, he's usually pretty strong in the breaks, like in Missouri last year.
