Points gathering is getting really good at ING. We've scored a lot of points and jerseys(!) at Paris - Nice, a lot of points at Tirreno, and now that MSR is finished, we've got a 4th place on a monument!
MSR was a tough race at the start, with a lot of attacks. Cavendish, Greipel and Goss dropped at some point, because ING made the race hard, since Tommeke has better chance to survive than Greipel and Cav on the hills, and otherwise, Voeckler or Schleck could finish it.
But almost nobody wanted to help us, and they returned, and it got a mass sprint. Boonen couldn't take the right wheel, but just missed the 3rd place. His sprint was awesome though!
We're definitely still 1st on the ranking, more info about the ranking and races will probably follow in Sunday's magazine.
Here we are again with a new magazine. A lot of important races have finished, with Almeria, but als Tirreno, Paris – Nice and Milan-San Remo! It turned out well for us.

Part 6: Next up on the calendar
Extremely close Tirreno, Froomebot takes the win.
The TT was decisive. Contador was leading the GC, but he knew he was in danger, Froome was just 15 seconds behind. But yeah, Froome dominated the TT, and secured Tulip the win by just 1 second! Voeckler managed to get 5th on the GC, while Ruiter got 7th. Some nice points for us!
Purito being awesome at Paris – Nice
Purito took a convincing GC win at the Race to the Sun. 1 guy got close, and he was a huge surprise. It was German Andreas Klöden! Our team showed itself again, with Schleck 6th, and Voeckler 7th on the GC. Also, Pietropolli was a hero and took the KoM jersey in stage 7. Even better, we’ve also got the team classification!
MSR went okay for ING
At first, Voeckler & Schleck were like legends. They saw that the race would get too easy, and they spent a lot of time pacing at the front. Only Lierse really wanted to help us though, so it didn’t work.
Tom Boonen was just short of a Top 3 finish though, he got 4th, with Greipel taking the win.
New rankings revealed
Yeah, it’s great. Take a look!
Pure domination! And IN-n-Out is also surprising atm, after a horrible TDU.
Weekly review
An amazing week for us! Paris – Nice
Stage 4
Uphill sprint. Nice 3rd place for Veenhof. Amazing result for Simon.
1. Simon(Allianz)
2. Sagan(In-N-Out)
3. Veenhof(ING)
Stage 5
Hilly stage with summit finish. Surprisingly, Gilbert could keep up. Klöden was the only one not with a big gap to Purito.
1. Rodriguez(Allianz)
2. Klöden(SGL)
3. Chavanel(Lunar)
7. Voeckler(ING)
9. Schleck(ING)
Stage 6
Stage for attackers, with a hill close to the end. It happened. Heroic victory for Pinot. GC favourites finish in the same group.
1.Pinot(Caterham)
2. Fedrigo(Tap)
3. Vinokourov(Barry’s)
Stage 7
A lot of KoM points to get, and Pietropolli was in the break. He secured the KoM jersey, at least for a day! Stage ended in a sprint, that’s a shame.
1. Sagan(In-N-Out)
2. Martin(Fastweb)
3. Pinot(Caterham)
8. Voeckler(ING)
Stage 8
Another stage build for attacks, giving everyone the last chance to win time.
Klöden did a great job, taking the win here where nobody expected that. J-Rod got second, same time. After that, 1 giant gap. Did Klöden dope?
1. Klöden(SGL)
2. Purito(Allianz)
3. Chavanel(Lunar)
4. Voeckler(ING)
8. Schleck(ING)
GC
1. Purito(Allianz)
2. Klöden(SGL)
3. Sagan(In-N-Out)
6. Schleck(ING)
7. Voeckler(ING)

Tirreno - Adriatico
Stage 7
Last prologue. Froome did what everyone expected.
1. Froome(Tulip)
2. Nibbles(Fastweb)
3. Contador(Globant)
Milan – San Remo
We tried to make the race heavy, for Boonen or Voeckler. We’ve succeeded in that, the sprinters dropped at one point, but nobody wanted to help us, so they got back. It ended in a sprint. Boonen got 4th, potentially having the best sprint that day, but positioned badly.
1. Greipel(SGL)
2. Sagan(In-N-Out)
3. Cavendish(Lunar)
4. Boonen(ING)
Stage ranking rating: 8/10: A lot of Top 10s again this week. 4th at MSR was nice as well, although 3rd was so close… It’s time for a win again though. Cobbles might be our next win.
Classifications ranking: 9,5: Great! Taking a massive haul of points in both Paris – Nice & Tirreno! Not a Top 3 in either of them, but 2 Top 10s in both, and
Total ranking: 8,5/10: It has been a great week for us, again!

Interview with Thomas Voeckler
Thomas was the rider of the week, and has done a great job.
Thijs Zonneveld: Hi Thomas, heard that you’ve been crowned the rider of the week?
Thomas Voeckler: Yeah, it’s a pleasure! TZ: Do you think you’re prepared enough for the Ardennes?
TV: Not yet. But there’s still a month left. And I’ve had good results lately. Also, I can’t wait for RvV. I’m not a cobbled star, but I like the race. TZ: Can Tommeke take a win there?
TV: Yes, he’s capable of that, for sure. I’m going to help him. TZ: About your attitude. Do you really want to be in the picture that badly?
TV: Well, I really like the media, you know what it is? The problem is… Hey, look there’s a camera! *Runs away* *Makes faces to the camera* TZ: Oh, I guess this interview is over…
Next up on our calendar
1. Vuelta a Catalunya
We’ll send a strong squad, for sure. Ruiter will lead there, profile is great for him, especially the no-TT part. Quintana will go for the young riders classification, and Veenhof is going for the sprints there. 2. Cobbled classics
Yeah, we see them as 1 big race. Tommeke is going to win that race. 3. Criterium International
A nice 3-days race to build up form.
A very strong squad is here, I won’t say more than that for now.

Team doing well in your weekly rankings, though Kloden would like to say that he's upset with your allegations towards him.
It's a rumour in the Dutch press, I fear. Nothing is proven though, there are always rumours
ING just suggests the UCI to check it. Andreas shouldn't take offense, as long as he's clean
KLÖDEN DIDN'T DOPE , nobody at SGL dopes . I can conform that
I swear on all the points I collected that nobody at dopes

No magazine this week, too few activity on the cycling calendar.
Though we can reveal that we're thinking about a pocket edition of the magazine that replaces the big magazine when there's too few activity in a week in the future. Nothing confirmed yet.
Guys, I'm gonna announce that I stop with the magazine. It's not really worth the effort anymore.
I'm going to think of a replacement thing to gain the manager points, will probably be more of a week report.
