so the time limit hasn expired and from the 5 teams I got a whooping 1 team back  so now the AI will decide for them and excluding the riders went to P-N so more work for me 
sadly I can't give points penalty's because I said that they would appear after Tirreno
while I'm on the subject, the penalty system will work like this: if you fail to send in a startlist but weren't online during the peroid after the PM's -2,5%.
if you fail to send in a startlist and were online during the peroid after the PM's -10%
if you fail to send in again the given penalty is added to what you already had, submitting a startlist sends it back to zero
will work on the startlist tomorrow and reports will come within the next two days after tomorrow

it appears that the Tirreno stages are the 2010 one's instead of the 2011 stages, don't know if this is too much of an inconvience because people (me) maybe have selected a team for the team time trail. will post the stages for any other races from now on

send the second wave of PM's to people about rider mistake's. also no more races slashes with eachother: just too much work. because it's very slow pace of this people tend to forget which riders the send to the first of the clashed races.
