I know but they were beaten by the serbs i think 
We supposed to play with you but ....for an unknown issue ...the game was never played and you played the serbs if i am right

Doesnt count on how long you have been there ..the skill counts
Play lots of online games with the "big" members from there if you are good you will have a spot in the comp squad from there

Haha didn't you know that Football Manager is a Swedish game  Championship Manager, the previous Football Manager was from Sweden, guess why the Swedes were so good in the early games 
CM was done by the Collyer brothers, who are english. Sweden has nothing to do with CM

The reason swedes were so good is that the "scouts" for FM are idiots, as evidenced by the stats of almost every player in the game

Indeed. I first realised this back in 99/00 when I had 6 Swedes in an all-conquering Leeds side that also included 3 irish players. None of them were randomly generated, just over rated! |

question about footy manager 08...
Do manager wages have any point in the game apart from keeping the game realistic?
I never know wether to ask for more money when offered a job because i dont know how it affects the game... |

hadn't played this game for ages but a started a new career with inter over christmas cause i was bored. i started as inter as i just wanted to win stuff for a change. been in charge for 5 years and have won serie a 4 times, champs league 3 times, italian super cup 5 times and the euro super cup 3 times. currently in my 6th season and i'm already 5 points clear after 10 games. just taken over as england manager too and have 100% record after 3 games.
prob my most successful career ever, and also one of my longest. i usually get fed up after 2 or 3 seasons cause my teams always go rubbish.
still haven't got the new one yet. i'll wait till they work all the bugs out of the 3d engine and maybe get the next one, if i'm not still playing this career that is. |
