I should probably make some posts in the talent thread... I got sooo many talented guys in my Europcar career.
Hurel, Beharne and Thurau all have 6 stars in HL
Tulik and Cousin have 6 stars in CB
Coquard has 6 in SP and ACC, 5 in CB and HL

Yeah, you got rather lucky there. I find random potential never makes that much difference for me. Usually just raises some of the 7 potentials up to 8.
My team for the Giro. I'm gonna be uber-aggressive on every stage! Try and get the climber's jersey and the white jersey of course. The race starts in Belgium and there's a stage that finishes up the Mur de Huy, which should be interesting.

I never tried the random potential, but it sounds like fun . |

First week of the Giro done.
Not bad for our first ever grand tour! We won the TTT and Preidler and Bibby have held on over the hilly stages. First mountain top finish tomorrow though so it will be tough to hold on. It's Bibby's first ever GT aswell btw!! Looks like the white jersey's in the bag already, only Felline and Olivier are within reach and Preidler is much better than them in the mountains. |

Wow, that's really, really strange!
Did you have the 'random potential' option on? Well, honestly, I don't really know what sort of an effect that setting gives, never used it, but maybe this...
Anyway, is he on your team?
It could be very useful if he is, since he will win almost every mountain stage that turns into a small bunch sprint

Got Voeckler Top5's at both Fleche and LBL (missed AGR for some reason)
Rolland finished 2nd in the Dauphine
Kern won the French TT NC
TDF is underway... 2nd with Voeckler on stage 2 so far (up to stage 9)
and lots of other top results and podiums in smaller races
And of course signing time!
Two U23's from france. Decent riders nothing special.
Taarmae and Bouhanni locked in.
and the big star signing... Cancellara
that should be WT survival covered

Wow. Cancellara!
Any chance you'll sign a certain 22(21 at January 2013) years old Dutch stage-racer?
Kidding, some great results, especially the second place in the Dauphiné. Taaramae and Bouhanni are some great signings, you can clearly keep up on WT level with the new squad!

76, but he keeps attacking every day and is already 8:30 behind Preidler so it's in the bag as long as he finishes.
@Ian Butler, Bibby had a great start but he lost 14 minutes on the first mountain stage Back to stage hunting for him. |

Last race really pissed me off!
I go into the attack with 65 km left to go, only to get joined by Andy Schleck with about 25 km left to go. He doesn't relay or anything, just sits there. In the end he sprints to the victory |

In my career we now have a crazy end of 2nd season (2013) with my custom team (now PokerStars.com) just 33 points ahead of Roubaix-Lille Metropole in the promotion battle as we head into the World Championships. If they are at Circuit Franco-Belge and do well there, I'm going to need to pull out something special at Il Lombardia. |

Hurray for PCM stupiness. Queen stage of Tirreno-Adriatico. 2 1st category, 2 2nd category, 4 3rd category and 2 4th category climbs. And 214 km of extense. What happens? 34 rider's sprint to win in a HC climb. WTF? Cancellara, 70 MO, finishe's in the 1st group, ahead of Purito (74 MO) and Preidler (75 MO), who we're left behind halfway up the blim. Just, wtf Cyanide? |
