Another question:
Will teams (like Motorpoint, Sigma - Specialized) who were in the PCMdaily for PCM 10 be back in the V1 of the PCMdaily for PCM 11?

Hello,
i had Installed pcm daily pack last weekend where everything was alright so far. Now installed the new patch of cyanide and installed the pcmdaily again. Then went with the new cdb to database so there should everything be alright.
But the Teams HTC, Cofidis,Sky and FDJ have the same Trikot, in 3D Game, a focus design.
How can I get that right? I had already the patch and database installed again but this didnt work. Is it possible to deinstall the daily exp. because Im a bit in trouble had already used my 3 activations.

In the standard Editor it shows the right trikots and at loading screen of the races are the right one. I looked at GUI / Teamshirt and they are also ok i think, if this is the folder for 3D part. Maybe a false link?

1. You can deactivate before deinstalling, then you don`t use a activation
2. You should also always have an activated unused copy of the game. Then you don`t need to activate ever again.
3. The mini jerseys that are shown in the loadingscreen aren`t the one you see in the 3D race. They can be totally different as there is no link between both. The real jerseys for the 3D race are in 3D/cyclist/clothes/team/xyz/...maillot.tga |

My guess is that you forgot to install the files to the folder where PCM is installed (the 2nd time). |

Hello,
I want to thank you for this great work! it's the first time i use your DB (previous years, PCM was so buggy for me, i didnt bothered or believed a DB could make it playable...) and i am amazed by the quality and quantity of your work. 
Now, i have a question... about equipment:
Is it normal that all equipment are already purchased when you start? And is it normal that all equipments have maximum stats (6 stars)?
Maybe you did it for multiplayer purposes? but when playing solo careers, i liked the facts that you had to purchase the equipment and had to choose between different quality (better for mountain or plain...). Imho, it adds some difficulty and strategy.
If the answer is yes it's normal and it will stay like that, is it possible for me to change it with 1 editor (i am pretty noob with those editors...)?

Yes it is normal, as teams in real life don't have to purchase the equipment but are sponsored to ride them. The stats of the equipment is set equal because I thought it didn't have much effect in the game.
Mostly the equipment added is because when enough equipment is made the teams can ride with the equipment they use in real life.
If it comes to making it able for you to change it, I don't know.

I installed the beta version of the expansion Pack but overinstalled a Patch, so i have the unconverted stages, but Im already in year 2012 (TdF)...can I somehow manage to get the convented files into the DB? |

For those who keep getting the jersey wrong like I did, I noticed the main maillot wasn't in the team folder.
So just add one of the great team jerseys that have been made from the shirt database into it. |

Aphex: It's always fun to read about the "strategy" part of picking equipment. Reality is - despite different ratings - that the equipment has zero influence on how your riders perform in a race. Therefore, we didn't bother giving different stats to the equipment. Feel free to change it in an editor, though  (STA_equipment)
Carmesomethingsomething: Not sure yet.
Cristiano: We do have two of the stages for the race, but we didn't add it yet. Hoping to get a few more stages done.
Tobebech: There's a back up in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM/PCM.daily Database Files
Crytear: The Expansion Pack comes with all the jerseys that are needed. Shirts for teams like Team Sky come with the game, so if it's not showing up in the game, you must have messed it up somehow.
JD: No.
Zabrys: There's a 0.5 -> V1 Updater and a complete V1.
Filas: When it's done. |
