Final sprinters day...
20km. to go..after intermediate sprint. Pacheco managed to take point there..Geslin decided to keep going. Boonen follows..also Pacheco.
Geslin speed is amazing..Pacheco is aleady in trouble. Boonen talking with Pacheco..to get him to the front take relays..
Pacheco is to tired..
7km. to go..and here is peloton. Pacheco has made a mistake..now he has nothing left for final sprint...
..and sprint. Here go's O'Grady..
O'Grady is fading..Daniele Pietropolli is taking over
It has been hard day..another sign. Split before 1km. line.. mostly top sprinters like Petacchi, Farrar, Greipel..etc.
Strange guys strating to pass Lampre sprinter..Cancellara and wow ...Klöden..

Final day..
Wind has caused a split..170km. to go. No need to panic..but we should keep our leader Castano at the front..
70km. to go..Tossato decided to go alone..
..and now final hill.15km. to go. Best defence is atack..race leader Joaquim Sampaio atacking..
Ignatiev and Andrew Bajadali follows..time to follow that atack.
Is it Castano?.no this is Da Pena..
Just before descent Castano arrives with Mikaël Chérel..Galicia have now two riders in lead group..same time Ignatiev trying to escape..
Andrew Bajadali going after him...
Crash.. Bajadali is down..who is Quickstep rider who cant't avoid..Barredo. Bith Galicia riders managed to avoid that crash..
They great nice sprint train..Franck Bouyer is leading..Da Pena, Castano, Cherel, Sampaio, Piedra, Ignatiev
Cherel takes a lead..Castano follows. Ignatiev has open water at the right side. Da Pena is still in the game..
Cherel keep on pushing..Galicia stage win is sliping away...
Close one..stil Cherel is stage winner. 2. Ignatiev 3. Da Pena..4. Castano. No changes is GC standings..Castano is in the podium.

we will take first serious hill today..final short and uphill finish will separate favorites
Gavazzi crashing out of the tour
Another hit for Française des Jeux..few stage ago Casar crashed and lost lot of time. Today Le Mevel is down...
Casar who is out of the GC game decided to go early today..
Efimkin and Wiggins follows..Peloton speed is increasing.
Another unlucky rider..Hesjedal has technical problem. Bad timing. He can not make it back
..and final 5..Casar and Wiggins at the front..Tom Danielson atack..
..and then Kreuziger..Monfort..Contador..Andy Schleck..etc. Casar solo ride is over.
This is view what we like to see..4 riders separating..Andy, Contador, Monfort and Mosquera. Mosquera timed he's counter perfectly..
There is 1km. kite. Monfort ia droped..and now Mosquera is in difficulty.
Andy takes a stage..Contador takes a yellow.
Menchov passed Mosquera just before the line. First mountain jersey was success for us. Tomorrow is first real climbers stage..
Mosquera GC view.
Yesterday 93.
Today 11. (82. places)..wow this is hugh progres..now we need to defend that spot.

My mistake again...GP Torres Vedras has one more stage to ride...
We have to take same hill 12. and lap times
Galicia decided to be active today...Rodrigo GarcÃa was in early breakaway. they worked fine together..but peloton did not like it. They pushed hard to chase that breakaway down..
...Stijn Neirynck atempt..This time Da Pena follows..
Race leader Joaquim Sampaio is nervous again...he is first Gc rider who atacked..He is now with Da Pena
Ignatiev atacked..This is sign for Castano to make a move..he follows..
Joaquim Sampaio kicked again..Da Pena follows. They getting away..
at the back..David O'Loughlin going after lead duo..5km. to go
final hill..O'Laughlin just made it. Ignatiev is closing with Castano..Da Pena decided that this is best moment to but everything out..
he made it. In decent he has small advantage..this is not over. He has given almost all..
sprint..Da Pena still leading..Yesterday stage winner Mikaël Chérel is closing and fast.
how 1km. can be that long..this will be close..
Da pena just made it. It is great to fonish a tour with win..

now the alps. Col De la Ramaz..and final climb is Morzine
when Fränk starting to pull a ploton in Ramaz..then there is soon just about 30 riders left. Only Galicia rider in that group is ofcorse Mosquera
slopes of Morzine..Van den Broeck atacked first..no need to rush. Kreuziger follows..
20km. to go..Valverde atacking and takes the lead..
..then aces..Andy and Contador atacking..Mosquera knows that this is suicide to follow these "monsters"..he keep pedaling with he's own speed..soon step section will start
..ok now real climb starts..Menchov atack.Contador follows..
10km. to go Sami Sanchez atack..Wiggins trying to follow. Mosquera pulling a group..
Contador, Menchov, Andy going after Sami..
Contador and Schleck started to look each other..small group comes back..Wiggins, Mosquera, Kreuziger, Armstrong..Efimkin..Sami is still there alone
Then another Contador atack, Wow. Efimkin follows..
Sami still moving fast enough..he is lucky that Andy and Contador fighting with each other.
Efimkin trying to follow Contador move..then Valverde and Andy ofcorse..
Mosquera is not looking bad at all..he is with Kreuziger..Lance..Wiggins..Menchov..
another atack wave..
..Andy is back with Contador again.. Sami still has small advantage
Menchov going after Contador- Schleck duo..Efimkin, Valverde and Armstrong chasing..Mosquera is back there with Danielson and Kreuziger
..and Mosquera move..he droped Kreuziger and Danielson and Wiggins.
Great ride...now he has cought Valverde and Efimkin
Sami looks good..this will be stage win
Behind him..Andy atack..just before 1km. ..Contador droped
Sami takes a stage and hugh step forward in GC table..Andy will beat Contador ..again. Contador can not just beat that guy in mountains. It started already in Dauphine
..Then comes Armstrong and Menchov duo..
..wow..Great end for Mosquera. He has droped Valverde and Efimkin duo..and going after Lance

This is great day and great stage..all day climbing. Col de la Colombiere, Aravis, Saisies, Madeleine and Jean de Maurienne.
Yesterday stage winner Sami Sanchez atacked first..53km. to go. Realy bold move..to go early again...
...5km. later..van der Broeck, Kreuziger, Danielson..Mosquera decided to follow. He must feel great today
another Kreuziger kick..now he as cought Sami Sanchez..
one Euskaltel rider is still out there..early breakaway man Anton..he has 5km to climb..then descending.
Mosquera trying to ride away from favorite group..
not that easy..Gesink and Fränk Schleck will chase him down..
Then Valverde atack..Menchov follows..
..and small group separating..Valverde, Gesink, Armstrong, Schleck brothers, Mosquera, Menchov
Contador atacking..Andy will follow. Mosquera is droped.. Euskaltel rider is Anton. Where is Sanchez..
Mountain top..Contador, Andy, Menchov, Anton..Mosquera coming back with Fränk..
Valverde and Armstrong in trouble..this is bad moment. If they ket lead group away before mountain top.. Good for Mosquera..he need all seconds he can get against rivals before TT
Descending..Schleck brothers ..Contador..Anton..Mosquera..Menchov
Chase group..Armstrong, Gesink and Valverde. Still no sign of Sami Sanchez..who was first man who atacked today
..Final flat section..Contador decide to atack. he likes to beat that Andy at least once...
and here they go after him..Fränk is droped
Andy passed Contador and just keep on going..
..and Contador is beaten once more. You must remember how that Andy celebration cause him Dauphine GC win. today it is enough to but him yellow. Deserved one..he has been amazing
Mosquera beating Contador on the line..great stage. He get extra 40 seconds against Armstrong, Sami Sanchez, Valverde, Kreuziger, Wiggins..

Last hill 12km. to go Gilbert atack..Mosquera follows.
He passes Gilbert..Monfort coming. Mosquera checking rivals..What he will decide?
Hilltop 10km. to go ..Monfort slowing down.. Mosquera keep on going.. There is nothing to lose..
Descending ..Mosquera is still alone there. 52 sec. advantage..It starting to look good.
..and stage win. This is amazing. I did not expect that when we started a day. Most important..Mosquera did get 48 sec. against rivals.. he will need all this time before TT stage.

Windy day. Where is strong wind..there is almost always complicated stage. Mosquera need to keep himself close to the top..to avoid losing time
..and there we are. Hugh early breakaway is still ahead..but peloton can not keep it together even with slow speed. This is gonna be a long day.
Same time at the front select group separating..they must know already that there is chanche to survive...Pedersen, Daniele Pietropolli, José Iván Gutiérrez, Hunter, Galdos, Rast
sprinters team in panic..HTC columbia trying to organize the chase. But when they start pushing harder..there is pieces left. Thanks to strong sidewind
almost all team is around Mosquera and Pacheco today...
..same time breakaway already prepearing to sprint..Rast is leading
Galdos takes a stage win...peloton arrives 2'26 after stage winner. Mosquera is in there..
Contador and Valverde did lose time today..they arive in second group..1min. after rivals. Andy situation looking already much beter. He has now 1'30 lead over Contador.Mosquera also need to be happy to get more time between him and Valverde. There is still lot to climb and race before final scary long TT.

Plan was to keep Pacheco fresh for final uphill sprint..Beside Mosquera best as possible GC position..we have also intrested about keeping Pacheco inside top 10 points table.
all team is around Pacheco..
..and then sprint..uphill. Gesink is leading out Freire..Galicia leader Mosquera suporting Pacheco.
Pacheco can not follow anymore..
Mosquera move..he is after another stage win..
..but this aint over yet. Mosquera takes a lead..but so far tour best climber and also GC leader Andy Schleck is coming.
..
..and Andy it is once again...
Hugh surprise that somehow Menchov and Contador did lost 2'23. I totaly missed that one..
Another shock..Mosquera in now 2nd. in GC table.. i did not even dreamed about that result. I know that I will lose this position sooner or later..but it is still nice to be there.

sprinters day..
It has been hard day..tempo has been all day very fast..light uphill section has done lot of damage. There is just few Galicia riders left in the main peloton. Just before sprint..Geslin is trying to slip away..Pacheco going after him..he is on the limit already
strong sprintes stage are coming..Boonen, Cavendish, Bennati and Freire.
Pacheco is done..he is empty. He can not even keep up..
Boonen was to earlu at the front..now Cavendish move
..and he got it. Manx man 3rd. stage win..
Tomorrow Pyrenees.
Good news..after recent success is good to know that Vuelta will invite us
