I'm not questioning the results of the anti-doping test, just Tyler's motive. I wouldn't normally think that an anti-depressant is a preformance enhancing substance especially when the guy has a history of depression...

Just the amount of sarcasm is immature
but lets stop spamming
EDIT: immature is the wrong word, but I'm too tired to think of a better one

the way you approached answering my post was very sarcastic, not really engaging what I was saying and just making a comedic joke about "what these guys are like" |

Comedic joke? Far from a joke, it's the sad truth. The fact that examples of riders who "fessed up" are hard to think of says quite a lot about them. |

How is an anti-depressant considered doping? He'll cry faster going up the hills? |

Well, if it contains the steroid DHEA, then it might help a little..

except DHEA has no tangible preformance enhancing qualities to speak of. Even USADA's head honcho Travis Tygart acknowledges that.

Lots of things are on the prohibited list. This one in particular is simply because of its classification and that it shares that classification with drugs that do offer significant boosts to preformance.

Turns out the spanish federation isn't pissed about CONI just for convicting Valverde...simply they want to be the ones to convict him!
Problem is, they can't get their hands on the blood bags. The spanish courts won't let them. Today their appeal was again denied. They're not getting the bags.

The judge who keeps denying the appeals was on vacation. No, I'm not joking. |

It's a great story. I love CONI for doing that. "Yes, the judge is finally on vacation. Let's test the vacant guy .. oh, he fell for it, great!" |

what is that judges reasoning for continually blocking everything?
is he being leaned on because of the potential of involvement of sporting clubs such as Real Madrid in OP or?

The official story is that doping wasn't a crime at the time in spain and the blood bags can only be released for criminal investigations.
The real story is that they don't want anyone suspended. |
