Vuelta a Castilla y León is going to be fun: Alberto Contador, Lance Armstrong, Levi Leipheimer, Carlos Sastre and Denis Menchov, Valverde.

Next week, Monday to Friday...so I won't get to watch it
More importantly, the weekend after that, one of the coolest most exciting (if not THE most exciting) races of the season happens. And I pray to any god that will hear so that I'll be able to see it on TV or find a stream: The Critérium International
It's not on eurosport, though...they prefer to show the track worlds this year. for god's sake, it makes no sense...

The top 10 last year was pretty great too:
1 Alberto Contador Velasco (Spa) Astana 15.57.37
2 Mauricio Soler (Col) Barloworld 0.39
3 Thomas Dekker (Ned) Rabobank 0.46
4 Levi Leipheimer (USA) Astana 1.09
5 Denis Menchov (Rus) Rabobank 1.23
6 Bauke Mollema (Ned) Rabobank 1.30
7 Moises Duenas Nevado (Spa) Barloworld 1.40
8 Sergio Pardilla Bellon (Spa) Burgos Monumental 1.42
9 Ezequiel Mosquera Miguez (Spa) Karpin Galicia 1.55
10 Christian Vande Velde (USA) Slipstream Chipotle Presented By H30
contador, soler, dekker, leipheimer, menchov, doper duenas, mosquera and vandevelde... I'm actually suprised Mollema and Pardilla could fit in here |

It's disgusting that Caisse didn't suspend Valverde yet. |

I'd say it was be predictable
Caisse has a love affair with Valverde such as QuickStep has one with Mr. Drug Addict

Omloop outsprints Brown to win Ronde van het Groene Hart, Vacansoleil had 3 men in the leading group but somehow managed to fuck it up :/

They had 8 men in a group of 18 even.
But they had the wrong men in front in the final. Mouris should've been there, he is the only one capable of finishing solo of them |

Traksel said against his teammates he wasn't good Xavier.
Besides, Traksel was sick this week as well. Traksel was already empty. |

Weird. Omloop has a fast finish, but to beat Brown and Förster? weird
Anyway, the GP Cholet was won by JJ Haedo, who keeps showing he has tremendous top speed.....yet no climbing legs

Very good Leon race indeed:
Contador, Armstrong, Leipheimer
Valverde
Anton
Cobo
Danielson, Vande Velde
Menchov, Ardila, Gárate
Mosquera
Sastre, Marchante
Bernabeu
Hamilton, Sevilla
Calvente
Plaza, Ribeiro
Very interesting... It's really down to the form here. |

Yup, as with ToC, this is really a PT-worthy field. And unlike ToC, it actually has some interesting stage profiles.
It looks like Astana dominance, though. But the interesting fact is that Contador said that he's going for the win. But on Twitter, Armstrong has said that Leipheimer is the leader. |

All stages are on eurosport.
Yet this weekend they're showing the track world cup instead of the Criterium International which is one of the most star-studded lineups in the calendar and usually the most exciting race.
Idiots.

No its not the Track World cup, its the world Championships. So yeah that takes priotiry over the Crit Int.
So no they aren't idiots. If they had the budget to get both that would be awesome. But we can't have it all. |

Only in england. They're idiots for transmitting over here something that no one will watch over quite possibly the best race of the season.

but in all fairness thats just your opinion. have you got any evidence to back up your claim that it's possibly the best race of the season?
and i agree with smoothie. no matter where you are in the world the world champs take presidence over a normal stage race. (poss with the exception of grand tours and the big classics. but they don't clash for a reason) |
