Dear Udoi.
I have tried your new database. It is somehow better, but
1) There is always the weird stage Plouay-Plouay, which appears in many stage races.
2) Certain teams are unplayable. Astana, Bianchi, Renault, St. Raphael, Ti Raleigh (World PRO). Whenever I want to check my roster, the game crashes. I haven't checked the Continental PRO and Continental teams, but I am sure that some of them have this problem, too.
3) It is still impossible to create a personalized team.
If I were you, I would leave this database for a while. Just relax. In some time (1 month), try to make some changes: for example, reduce the number of riders.

Hello koufax75,
the stages plouay-plouay appear so because I forgot to upload in mediafire, regarding the career mode after some of your suggestions to me now works well, and I'm making a career with Renault.
Maybe you made a mistake when loading files ...

I have found one weird thing related to level of difficulty. If you play with normal level, the game works perfectly. If you play with a different level, the game often crashes.

Before downloading the Expansion Pack, cyclists rode invisible bikes. After dowloading it, bikes re-appeared. I don't know whether this was my problem or not.
