I'd definetely vote for shonak. Not only because he's not participating, but because he was so great with the Giro. And seriously, is there anybody out there thinking Beijing, Hainan and Burgos (yeah, I'm looking at you  ) will be done before late November?

Excuse me but I've sort of been avoiding this thread because Cervero isn't racing and Costa Rica don't have a team at the world, but when searching Cervero's name, as you do, I came across a few interesting comments here about World's selection that I do not really understand. Was there a possibility of Cervero riding, and if so, has it expired? |

yes, some teams couldn't fill a U23 squad so some different countries were added inplace of said countries (for EPIC riders). Costa Rica would have a chance to race the U23 worlds (=Cervero) if you had mentioned it earlier

If another team can't come up with a U23 squad, I'll add Cervero. Indeed your recent silence has made me change my mind about adding him.
Oh, and since no one claimed these countries. Kim Po-ding (North Korea) and Jorge Cristobal Riquelme (Chile) can be added to the startlist for all 4 races.

Right. I think the startlists are up to date. At the moment, we have 23 teams in the Elite races and 22 in the U23s.
Had to make a few changes because people still didn't understand what exactly WT and PCT only meant but we got there in the end.

You can also add Cervero to the U23 races, we all want to see him perform 
Looking at the U23 startlist, Slagter and Chavez may be a bit too strong for their team leader?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

If Bardet and Barguil were too strong then Slagter and Chavez are too strong

I agree with you , The leading captain ( Which hopefully is an EPIC Rider) have to have better stats than the others  Mainly in the Hill stat
