Right, since everyone is bored apparently, I declare sigings open! You can now sign any custom rider not in a team yet.
To give Astana, Katusha and Androni a chance, no one else can sign a rider before they each have one.

Right, we are officialy on a break!
1) Continental championships are incoming
2) I still need a few teams to set there goals. For motivation: I get more evil by the day
3) Wildcard round two will end tomorrow night, some teams still need to send theirs. You can also ask for extra races.
4) If you need to post a last update, do it before tuesday midnight Normal Europe Time. I'll start quoting from that point on.
