I have a big concern that kills me the pleasure of the game, I thought it was related to the FCD but not here me here with all databases, and here me that since the new patch is that in any UCI World Tour team will participate in races other than those which they are obliged to participate, except for the first quarter of the season and the last quarter. I started a career with several teams to check their program no stroke is selected from April 1 to July 31. If anyone has a solution here would be nice because I have no desire to continue my career s 'there is no challenge ... I just find it odd that no one has noticed this bug
I tested myself to make sure, and yep, its a problem with the game, not this database

I just wanted to solve this problem with Course Cycliste de Solidarnosc in PCM Fast Editor, but when I opened STA_stage, the column gene_sz_variant was blank. Anyone having a solution?

That is how its supposed to be if you open the Mod/Database .cdb, it's created at the start of a career

WTF this doesn't deserve a smiley even though it clears the FCD of being at fault.
So how's the net balance of the new patch?
+breakaways
+fitness
-satisfaction bug still there
-new bad stuff happens
Wow.

The breakaways still aren't fixed, the peloton has to ride at an insane pace every stage to catch them |

Its really annoying, because all Cyanide has to do, is run a stinking test season with the new patch to see if everything actually worked and didn't ruin career in the process, but they obviously didn't do that, since here we are, with PT teams not racing HC races for 70% of the season, satisfaction still being really stupid and a bunch of other things like the WC bug. I honestly believe they dont even test their patches, and now we're stuck here for another month, because everyone that works on the game, gets to go on holiday in August, the perfect time for when they should be fixing after the most recent patch that has ruined the game imo.

Yeah, it's a real killer...
Tested with the game's DB (with Vroome, Waggons, Bunen etc.) runned it with Garmin, got invitations and they were the only PT-team there. The breakaways, it's tolerable, satisfaction bug are maybe manageble but this invitation thing kills the career part of the game....
Thought it was French DB also.
Dang!!! |

So firstly, wildcard teams can be heavily advantaged in the beginning of WT stage races as they have a better rhythm.
Secondly, the PCT and CT promotion battles are heavily distorted as HC races are won by mediocre riders, leading to an almost impossible task of promoting to PCT when you have to race .2 races most of the time.
Great stuff, Cyanide. You partially broke two important aspects of the game.

Hello Daizenshu and thanks a lot.
Where to put these 2, the FCD in which database-map? ( I find several database-maps) and those Estonia files??
Greetz, Jorn
FCD V1.2:
My docs/Pro Cycling Manager 2013/Mod/Database
Tabriz:
First extract the .rar file with f.e. Winrar/7Zip.
Then place the map you find, in C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season(or Saison/Seizoen etc.) 2013/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team.
Estonia:
Extract the rar file with f.e. Winrar/7Zip
Then place the 2 files you find in the map, in C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season(or Saison/Seizoen etc.)/CM_Stages.
Here you go
I did this, but the shirts are the same for every team. how do i fix that? |

Then you didn't install the database.
Be sure that you installed everything in your right folder. It's the folder where PCM.exe is. It's most likely C/Program Files/CyanidePro Cycling Manager - Season 2013. Be careful, if it is Season 2013, you have to manually change the game folder while installing, they automatically install at Saison 2013, which is different.
If it's f.e a Steam Version, that's an other folder. Just search for PCM.exe on your pc.

Oh no, you have to install a lot more!
You have to install the 2 variants packs and the 3 big download packs. Those fixes and the .cdb aren't enough at all!

Double to launch the installation app, and install to your main PCM folder (usually C/Program Files/Cyanide/PCM13 iirc). |

The folder where your pcm.exe is, where you installed your PCM 2013.
Probably C/Program Files/cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013. Pay attention, for some guys it's Seizoen/Saison, and the FCD normally places them in Saison, even if that's not your game folder. If you have steam, it is an other folder, I don't know what one.
Note, you have to click the .exe files to install. And I think you meant that you downloaded them.
