Last stage of the Giro from last year aside, he doesnt have a great TT record

Vaughters pointed out on Twitter that he is usually around 20th in TTs so it was pretty much par for the course for him. But he started this race so strong and he has been in such great form that it does appear to be disappointing regardless.
