Something is going terribly wrong at Blanco.
If Poels is here, who was out for nearly 6 months and had a very hard recovery, can ride top 10 here, beating Rodriguez and following the worlds best till 1,5km to go.. then Mollema should be at least be able to hang in there as long as that, but he was absolutely nowhere. Hell in the results he is even 3 minuts behind Slagter (who isn't a real climber).

That's only part explanation. Sure they can't follow the best every time. But they are not even following mediocre names |

A lot of riders have fallen ill too. Maybe a virus? |

Today's biggest shock:
Andy finished inside the top 100! 74th, 12 minutes down
Clearly getting better. Just two minutes behind Boy Van Poppel, after all

Haven't read the topic yet obviously, but watching this on eurosport now with two different commentators - the others were busy at the time commentating P-N - and after years of Paulo Martins it's a huge shock to the system to have a duo where both are knowledgeable of the sport and neither of them is a massive asshole.

It's the exact opposite for me. The standard commentator on Swedish Eurosport is awesome, so it's really annoying to have a reserve working with Tirreno.
Especially considering that he doesn't seem interested in the sport at all. When Terpstra got dropped he had to look at his number and go through the startlist to find out who he was. Regardless of the fact that he's wearing the Dutch colours.
EDIT: Not to mention that he pronounces every name incorrectly. The most disturbing example being "Caydel Evans".

Don't worry Pelli. Paulo Martins is probably 50 time worst. |

That's not all. For the past years, he always says that the Paris-Nice is the 1st WT race of the season. |

Apparently, Moreno is trying to pull Luca Paolini back to the other favourites.

Drop in the water of the crap he says, believe me.
But the worst part is he has NEVER admitted a mistake. If someone calls him on it he'll refuse to admit it's a mistake and get angry.

Also, has anyone noticed that Sky today and yesterday reminded us all of a very familiar image?
Hurrah! The come back of an seemingly unbeatable train machine |

If it was just those two days, I was going to be a happy man. It's every single race that they enter it's like this. |

Nah, they never dominated like this (logical, since every other team was doing the same in that period) |

Actually not it seems. It's actually no one else than... Thomas Dekker who has made it back! Riding secretly for Katusha, apparently!
I sincerely hope I wont have to listen to this guy much this year.
