Welp, we're eliminated...showed a glimmer of hope there in the third, but we took way too many penalties this whole series. Was going to blame the refs, but seeing the motivation level our guys were playing at I doubt we had a chance even if the refs weren't being biased. Avatar will have to go back to the Dwight one now (hope you're happy jseadog), but watch out for the same avatar next year.
I could rant on and on here but the simple fact is that we can't play a complete game.
We should buyout Franzen now. I doubt anyone will take Weiss off our hands anytime soon, so not sure if Alfredsson and Legwand resign. At least we get Samuelsson, Bert, and Cleary (wouldn't be surprised if he takes up a minimum contract just to play here ) off our hands. A lot of extensions coming up for the young guns too. The biggest question mark is Quincey. I think fans want to see him go, but I think Holland keeps him just based on the dry UFA market this year. Only possible upgrade would be if we somehow get to sign Niskanen, which is extremely unlikely. Monster had a great season for a backup here, certainly needed him, but looks like Mrazek will be ready next year.
Enough offseason speculation here, sorry I couldn't help myself. Enjoy the rest of the playoffs, I will be rooting depending on my bracket from now on.

Forgot completely about Samuelsson. Reckon him going down in the playoffs was part of the reason we lost. Him and Kesler clicked, and I think its why he had 41 goals that year and then went pretty silent in the finals and now doesn't look like he'll ever reach 41 goals again. 
Rumour was he wanted to play with the Sedins and didn't so he wanted to leave. Although occasionally he did, it was never permanent.
